A Victory, A Follow Up, A Cabinet

Day 2,018, 21:55 Published in USA USA by GoneAndGone

First things first, let’s start this off right

Classy-swag, the best of both worlds.

Since my last article where I announced my candidacy a few things have happened which should be addressed.

Romania (aka new TWO scum) launched an airstrike at our brothers from the south, Mexico. For anyone unaware of how expensive an airstrike is, it cost Romania 20,295,500 energy from food, and 128,333 currency, or approximately: 1930gold. So it is a huge deal for a country to launch an airstrike and have it fail.

But that is exactly what happened. How? Because while CoT has its issues, TWO is just straight garbage. Look here:

All of the major players in CoT stopped caring about their battles, their needs, and went H.A.M. for Mexico. Meanwhile, only two countries from TWO set their CoTD for Romania, and they were the UK and Taiwan which are essentially shit-tier nations.

By the way, one of those TWO countries that was too selfish to help its “allies” was hungry hungry hippos... I mean Hungary. They were busy trying to attack our allies in Russia.

But once again, CoT dropped everything and struck back. One simple look at your shout feed
from a few hours ago, and you’d see people of all nations - Chile, Bulgaria, Macedonia, USA, Switzerland, everyone - shouting to go in on that battle, to give it their all. And, with a narrow 84-81 victory, we succeeded.

Some of you may be wondering why in my campaign article I am talking about CoT’s endeavours. It is a bit obscure, but it is relevant to my points in my announcement article. I talked about CoT being useless, about CoT needing to get their shit together, about CoT needing to be ready for war; The showing in Mexico, and in Russia, is a step in the right direction. These were key battles, expensive battles. And, despite everything going on, CoT was able to be useful, to get their shit together, to show they’re ready for war. So, I have hope. If CoT can keep this up, to build off of this, if CoT can use this as an example on how to actually perform as an alliance, then I know CoT will be able to become the winning alliance.

For once, good job CoT. Keep it up... because I’m coming.

Beating TWO... we do this every day.

In my previous article, I said I’d reveal my cabinet at some point in the future. That time is now. Without further ado, I introduce to you, my cabinet:

Dr Luis Sentierio will be taking the role of my Vice President. I first met Dr. Luis when he was an ambassador under me, and I thought he was pretty cool. He worked hard, went above and beyond, and seemed to know what he was doing. In September of 2012 when I took a break from eRep, he stepped up to be SoS under Israel Stevens. In this term, he became a foreign affairs allstar. He is one of the most experienced and capable FA players in the country, and coupled with his extensive experience in Homeland Security, will be a perfect VP to handle the struggles and challenges facing us this term.

My Chief of Staff is Israel Stevens. Quite frankly, Israel is my boy. He is one of three people in this game I regularly text and talk to. But, he isn’t simply a friend, he is also the best Chief of Staff I’ve seen. He stays on top of the cabinet, ensuring they’re doing their job, writing articles, informing the community of what’s going on, and all around being active. He accepts nothing less than the best, and will ensure that this country receives nothing but the best.

From out of the shadows steps my Secretary of State, Emerick. One of the recent old-players to return to activity is Emerick. For a few months now he has been not-so-quietly watching, waiting, and learning the current game, alliances, and allies. Now, he is ready to step up. As a four time president, and having been various cabinet positions over his years, he is greatly experienced in all aspects of the game. With his oh so distinct style, and refusal to accept “no” as an answer, he is the perfect man to ensure we get the best of the best out of our Foreign Affairs department.

Lemon Vodka shall be our new Secretary of Defense. Having worked under Cromstar for several terms now, he has learned the role of SoD wonderfully. And, having heard of his prowess from several people, I am confident he is the right man to lead the Defense team this term.

I can’t say much about Othere and his job as Secretary of the Interior; not because he hasn’t done exceptionally, but actually the contrary. He’s done such a good job, and it has been commented upon by so many people, to go beyond it would be redundant other than to say, once again, he’s got this shit yo.

Wild Owl shall be the new Secretary of Education for this term. Being recommended directly from current SoE Mazzy Cat, and being the person who has worked with Mazzy during the successful terms this department has seen recently, Wild Owl is, in my eyes, the only person in the game who can fulfil this job to the level required.

Being one of the greatest writers in this game, Civil Anarchy (with two spaces, not one) is perfect choice for Secretary of Media. He has had this position before, and during it, he kept the WHPR articles at a quality level that has rarely been seen, and also used his position to to get eNPR into its golden age.

Last but certainly not least is Kody5 as Director of Homeland Security. Much like Othere, there isn’t much I can say about Kody other than the victories we have had against AFA and the PTOers have been orchestrated by Kody, and have been a direct result of his hard work.
