A unique chance for Brazil Congress

If a country starts a Resistance War against an invader and loses the battle, the resistance force will have to wait 24 hours before starting a new Resistance War against the same invader.

Battle watcher time seems to be the same as erep time so according to this information, a new RW can be opened ~17 hours from the time I wrote the article.. at January 22, 3:35 AM erep time.

A country will have a congress election if they have at least a region on every month on 23rd 02:00 and 25th 00:00 and 26th 06:00

This means we have exactly 22:25 hours to liberate a region which is also doable since battles last between 12-30 hours.

Argentina put NE on Russia 5 days ago. I don't know the exact time but if Brazil RW wins there might be some delay before Argentina can NE again. This means Brazilian CP can NE first and buy 48 hours of time.

This is the best chance Brazil had for congress in months, let's try to make it happen.

You know. Brazil had a chance yes. But if you fail to open the RW on time in the region with the most determination before your enemy does it for you, then you are doomed to fail.

Remember, last month Brazil even had a better chance, they actually HAD regions, but they failed so hard in the strategy of their NE that they lost the campaign.

For that, they are doomed to fail.
