Join the new world

Hello eLatvians!

I wanted to thank to anyone who voted for me and supported me as president of eLatvia. Even thou I understand that this post is more a buttafory than real power at this point, I write to you my opinion on how to build eLatvia.

---Economics
What ca new do without money and gold? Our most valuable trasure is Zemgale - High Grain region. And that is many. grain – it is bread and bread is most wanted good in almost every country. Producing and exporting grain is very important, so gold comes in some way back to eLatvia.
At this point we have small amount avaible 0 level positons at land level. Which means that most of newcomers (not so many thou) have to work at other spheres instead and most of them will never come back. It is not bad of course that some choose jobs in manufacturing section, because we need to produce, not only grow. But if we will have mopre bread companies than our grain companies can support, our traders will have to look for importing grain from other countries and we will come to opposite of wat we need.
To increase productivity it is also needed to increase wellness of workers. And so I suggest for company owners to think about this issue. Maye give gifts to your employees or tickets for them to go aboard, fight, heal and come back with much higher wellness.
Also we need to continue reducing overall taxes. Day after day one tax proposal should be made.

---Military.
eLatvia, as well as eLithuani and eEstonia has not allowed to join any military activity until day 550, to protect them at their first months in eRepublik. In my opinion this term is much too short, because it is just not enough to make our economics strong enough to support good army and defense, so we won’t be ready to protect us against any serious invasion. That is why I insist that in end of my presidency (if I will be here so long) we have to create MPP with Lithunaia and Estonia and probably some other countries if we will be able to afford it. Or maybe create MPP only if any of eBaltics state is under serious threats from some outer nation.

---Government.
This is a step that shoul be made already long time ago. Even thou we lost congress. And because after losing congress and money we have stagnation in communication between eLatvians, we have no any idea who would be capable to join and who would be interested to do so. Please interests’ send me PM or join discussion in forum. (btw – just one positive response since Latvian version of this article).

---Welcome mesaage.
Probably one of most important things to do now. At first glance looks just like simple “Hello to eLatvia” text, but actually it is strong weapon to inform our newcomers how to work, where (!) to work, how to increase wellness and where to communicate to other players. In my opinion this text has to dynamic a changed a lot, so we can inform players about actual thing going on. But before we have to be sure about stability of our congress.
