A Rendezvous with Destiny

Good Afternoon AMerica,


Before I begin I ask that you read this article. A fellow American passed away yesterday, a tragic loss for everyone. Now personally, I did not know him well, but I occasionally read his articles and can say with confidence that he was an outstanding person. Unfortunately he was injured by a live Explosive munitions in a training accident from which he eventually fell into a coma. He recovered briefly, only to then suddenly depart from this world.



I saw some skepticism in the citizens feeds a few moments ago, some claiming it is a hoax, whether it be one or not, at the very least give respect to our fallen men and women.

May God bless their souls.

It is strange, and indeed it seems strange to me, how one day I can be talking with someone here, and the next day they are gone. I do not play this game because I enjoy pushing buttons, nor because I want to stroke my ego. I play because of you. Something about talking with you guys, laughing, chatting, sharing memories--It makes logging in each day worth it. In the States a common saying is, we don’t stick around for the game, we stay for the community.
And I find it sad how people bring real life conflicts and fascist mentalities in this community. I simply cannot support these types of people. But when people pass away, and I see enemies and allies alike give their respects, it gives me hope for mankind. Tyler F Durden, Latifa, George Griffin, and everyone else who has left us too soon, rest in peace.

I have been going through my cabinet sheet and keeping an eye open for young and ambitious people. I remember distinctly the last time I ran for president. Instead of taking the easy route and filling my cabinet with the old-guard and national heroes, I went for the commoners, the people who log-in each day without a thanks, without articles dedicated to them, the people who are the backbone of this country. The aspiring members of our community who's only desire is to get more involved and improve our nation. I see the strongest and the smartest men who have ever lived amongst us, and they are hiding in the shadows, waiting for a chance to prove themselves, lets give it to them.



The last time I ran I chose Sleeve, as my running mate. He was always ready to give a helping hand, unfortunately for him I was basically always around. 😁 Back then I also chose Justin McCravok as my Chief of Staff. None of the old-guard took him seriously, but he proved them all wrong and performed his job effectively. His only downfall was that he cared for the game too much. Both of these guys had little executive exposure, but I gave them a chance, and I plan to do more of that for other people as well.

This morning I asked Chutley to serve as my Secretary of Media along with Kentel. I am pleased to announce that they have both accepted.



I generally dislike announcing my cabinet before elections--I've always thought it is rather presumptuous. And it also deters from what really matters, the ideas from the president. The president is the single most important position, it is who who leads in foreign affairs and handles internal problems. A weak and polarizing president can ruin even the most legendary of cabinets. Now, I said I hate announcing my cabinet before elections, but I will give you a sneak preview.


Vice President and Secretary of State: Blank Keating
Blank Keating, the man who has been indoctrinating teaching you how to play the game, directing you towards other aides, and who was integral in the Education department and the new citizen messages, will be my vice president, while also holding the position of Secretary of State.
The role of vice president in this country, as in many countries, has been nothing but a cheap way to gather votes, but I don't think we should continue allowing ourselves subject to this shady rouse. So that is why Blank Keating will hold both the office of Vice President and Secretary of State.


Secretary Defense: Avruch
Avruch has been an integral part of the the armed forces, and his efforts will not be in vain, I am honored that he has agreed to continue to serve another month as Secretary of Defense.


National Security Council Chair: GoalieBCSC

Emerick created a council of the top military figures in our country, and with GoalieBCSC, who has lead our country before and has served both in politics and the military, I am sure we will be in good hands.

I picked these citizens because of their steadfast dedication to this country and experience in the executive branch, and or ambitious nature, not because it is good politics and not to woo any voting bloc. This is far from a complete list, as there is still many people I want to mention and invite, but I won’t yet.

A few days ago I opened this sign up sheet to join the cabinet, nothing is set in stone, and there is time to join. If you feel that you are not ready for a big government job and would much rather start with something smaller, then by all means sign-up to be an intern. As an intern you will be exposed to several branches of government. You will be recognized for your talent if you stand out.
