A political party run well = No PTO

At the ANP we believe in a fully transparent and accountable system of party administration. We do not subscribe to internal secret forum polls. We do not believe that the party is only for the membership elites. If you have signed to the ANP in the eRep game your vote is equal to our most senior members. Everyone is equal in the ANP!

We do not allow factional hacks to dictate to the Party who is endorsed - the membership say who is endorsed! We do not allow unelected individuals to speak on behalf of the Party, the Party President is the Party's only voice and is expected to represent the party in good faith at all times.

The ANP is a unified Party focused on providing a healthy competition for its membership and free choice of candidates. We believe that through strong open competition and engagement of the membership, the nefarious threat of Party Take Over (PTO) can be averted. We most certainly do not approve in the arbitrary shifting of party members around the political landscape. Each party must have the strength and diversity to survive or indeed its very existence and purpose must be called into question. Party Take Overs occur due to weak internal party management in small poorly operated parties.

Come this ANP Party President election you can be assured of one thing, Australia's oldest and largest party will grow from strength to strength, and the membership will always be included 100%. There are no secret special favourites and no factional hacks telling the party what to do.
