A Pair of Hands, Anyone?

Day 651, 07:34 Published in Ireland Ireland by Starks Hayter

Hello,

It was inevitable. Today, I both request a place in Irish politics and offer my experience and ability. My reasons for this are two-fold.

* Ireland isn't in the best of state. There are people coming and going, aspects of Irish life for the future are unclear. I feel that Ireland needs anyone it can get to bring security to this country.

*No-one can leave eRepublik forever. Fact of life.

I realise that I don't deserve any forgiveness, and I don't ask for it. But in any uncertain time, will you, the voting public, and our members of government, reject a pair of able hands for a grudge? I had a lousy Presidential term, and a lousy two months following that - my fault entirely, but I still have the experience, and can aid our country.

I also realise that I'm using very vague terms in the above. This is simply because I haven't been following the ins and outs of Irish politics. I do, however, get the sense that Ireland isn't at its best. My lack of knowledge in current affairs changes today, as I make an account on the eIrish forums.

And at the end of his term, I'd like to commend Aran Tal for sticking to his job, and doing it well.

Expect to see me around more often, Ireland, like it or not!

Regards,
Starks Hayter

EDIT: Ah, also, an apology is in order, to those I've angered or disappointed.
