Join the new world

Dear readers, you are reading the first edition of "Captain Funks Reports"

After I created this account, the first thing on my mind was: "Get to level 9"; Which I did, I could hardly wait to open my newspaper and start writing articles, so here goes...

Let me begin this edition by introducing myself. The things you should know about me are:

-I am not a real life American citizen,
-I have been playing this game from v1,
-My previous account Captain Funk was banned because I forgot to confirm the -IP share with my brother's account,
-I am most definitely do not own multi's

So now thats that out of the way, I can start my first article, which is about nothing in particular, maybe a short intro into my "possible" journalist carriere. I have noticed recently that the US media is well, quite boring. Not many quality articles are being published, and the ones that are published are very few and far between. I am not saying that the US lacks awesome journalists, far from it, there are a lot of them, just most have decided to go into double click mode, unfortunately.

I remember reading Lieutenant Scheisskopf's war reports, it was definitely my most favorite newspaper, and even the people he pointed out can replace him as a war journalist are no longer writing, which is really unfortunate.

So, I have been thinking long and hard about what to write about, and I still haven't made my decision. One think I will definitely not comment is politics. There are far too many newspapers in the US that are politcaly orientated. I want to write about something else, but seeing that the economy module is on its last breath, the only thing I can possibly write about is, either the admins "competent management" of the game, or war reports. Because the first one might result in the admins sending me "gifts" and "messages" saying "thank you" through Plato's account, I will focus on the second one, which I think will be much more interesting anyway, and of course there is the possibility of making some interviews here and there, which should be fun, but of course, making a newspaper based on interviews is not very smart, as options soon dry out.

So do to lack of inspiration thats it for today, I will start the war reports some time around Thursday (hopefully), I wouldn't want to spam the media space, besides there are not many interesting battles today, or so I think.
