A Message To North Korean and Japanese Citizens
Alfred Ball
Greetings to both people,
As have probably seen by now Japan has wiped it's neighbor of North Korea, while it wasn't 100% intentional or planned at all. After reading the media of and PM's received by few citizens I am delighted to see by some Koreans we are seen not as conquerors but liberators.
Whether I agree with the turn of phrase or not, I am happy we have helped a few of our eKorean counter parts. However in this article I will announce my intentions of North Korea and Japan and it's respective citizens. First I plan to hold Hamyong, it brings in a much needed iron resource that Japan is in need of. Second, all citizens in North Korea who wish to assimulate into Japan and become a citizen here are more then welcome and I cordially invite you to join our forums and apply for citizenship if you want a change in living conditions.
Third, we will be starting an RW at 22:15 eRepublik time in Ryanggang. I want to clarify again that we started the war simply to finish eRepublik's new missions. We were never openly hostile to North Korea or the Chinese faction there, nor at any time were they a real enemy or threat to our nation.
Now as for our nations progress thus far we have seen a commited new Minister of Internal Affairs step up and begin the publishing of tutorials, and health articles meant to put food in the mouth of our babies. Our military has under taken big changes with huge success as our damage this month far exceeds last months by over 70% of daily influence done. The Imperial Diet has been very active in comparison to months prior to this one. Overall things are looking up for the land of the rising sun, and I hope to be able to see this positive trend continue.
Dio bless the nation.
Sincerely,
Alfred Ball, President of eJapan

Let the continued friendship between the Eastern Asian countries flourish.
Hamyong, you plan to keep? What about Pyongan , it gives us cattle and North Korea does not really need more than one region (Ryanggang will be returned-righ?)
Send PM's to me to take advantage of the food program described in the article.
@Yudakens: It states that we will be RWing Ryanggang, but I'm under the assumption that we are keeping Pyongan and Hamgyong. hectic go us.
But dont let FOH in, we dont need noobs
Already in bro, noobing you back to prosperity

Darshu, you are such a card.
I unfortunately have some bad news for our newcomers.
I did a count of citizenship passes, and I'm afraid that the Diet has pretty much used up almost all its alloted in-game quota for the month. This pretty much means that most of the applicants would get their citizenship at the 26th at the earliest, right after the Diet elections. There's nothing else that we can do with in-game mechanics.
I know that there's probably a couple of congressmen out there who still hasn't used their pass for this month yet. I urge those two to consult the Minister of Security before granting citizenship to anyone.
