A Message From the President
Guy Kilmore
I like to thank the Thailand citizens who took the time to vote. I am pleased they made their voices heard. I wish to thank the citizens who actively work, they create the goods that allow us to survive.
I bid farewll to Antonio and I wish him luck.
My night, unfortunately slipped away, so I will be brief. Thailand faces some challenges and I hope to hit the ground running.
My goals for this weeken😛
Outline a tax layout
Create an Oath of Office for politicians serving the government
A Central Bank
Fill/Confirm Positions within the Government.
Currently I have an open position in Civilian Recruitment and I have need of an Executive Assistant. (This person will act as the VP, unforunately if I was impeached the programming would not recognize it.) Lance LaGrange has agreed to take on the Presidency of the Central Bank, he has recommended Brodie LaBlue head up the Department of Defense and I have accepted him in that position.
If you are interested in a position with the Thailand Government, please feel free to contact me. I hope to expand more on these ideas as my time frees up. (A note on my personal life, my work has gotten chaotic, so my time is limited this week and I am focusing on the amount of correspondence I recieved.)

And my photographer is fired. What a crap cropping job.
Your plan sounds good, Guy.
It's nice to the president communicate to the public like this. Please keep posting.
A belated congrats on the presidency, Guy. 😃
Thanks Kat.
Just a question from someone who is relatively naive to the world outside eThailand..
What's your idea on diplomacy with other countries - is eThailand actively seaking diplomatic ties or are we sitting back and watching the world evolve around us?
My goal is to continue the neutrality that we have established. We have maintained active communication with our neighbors in Indonesia and Pakistan. I hope this answered your question. (Basically, a little bit of both. I like to think we are a surfer riding a wave, while we can't control the wave, we manuever how we want to ride it.)
Mr. President, do you have any plans to address Thailand's food situation? Currently, the lowest cost food on the market is Q2 and 9.99THB. As a government employee I make 10thb, but I'm not here to complain about my wages, as Cyberdyne takes care of my wellness and I could easily double my wages by working for a non-government company if I so wished. I joined Cyberdyne to help Thailand, but I'm starting to wonder, am I helping Thailand in the best way possible? What is the point of building up the country's defenses when the people are starving? Perhaps we are not there yet, but if the trend continues we will be. A new player in Thailand with 0 skill will most likely have a job that pays less than the lowest cost food on the market. We have a shortage of Q1 food. What little is being made is being consumed faster than it is produced. The Thailand Government needs to do something about the rising price of food and the lack of Q1 food to ensure the well being of the people of Thailand.
Waar is mijn biefstuk die ik het middelmatig ongewoon net nu wil!
I share Wiles' concern too.
The current food prices are impossible for the new players, adding the food shortage to that, it won't be a fun gameplay experience for any newbie.
