A letter from an unnamed soldier

Day 974, 03:03 Published in USA USA by S.E.E.S
America,

What I’m going to reveal today will startle and disrobe you. A few months ago, I found the following letter tucked under the fruit bowl on my morning breakfast tray. Apparently someone had left a note for my house keeper to deliver to me when my mood was the brightest, during a morning meal. I looked at the envelope, which looked like nothing out of the ordinary:

However, upon opening it, I could tell that this letter was not an ordinary letter from a follower. It was not military nor political news, it was not a love letter. I could tell from the teardrops that smeared the ink thatI would not be pleased when I finished reading it. Here it is for your perusal, in full:

Mein Dearest Führer:

I want to begin this letter by reminding you how much I love SEES. The Specialized Elite Execution Squad, as an organization and as a party, is my greatest love in this cold, cold world, second only to Dio’s great love. Filled with Dio’s love, I know that we can achieve anything. The very concept of us being prevalent in this country, one that was plagued by losers and faggots at the helm only one year ago, warms my heart and helps me to believe, Mein Führer. You’ve taught me that through perseverance and sheer power of will, we can change. I’ve hoped for this change, Mein Führer, for longer than you can imagine. For years, I’ve been semi-charmed by this half hearted attempt at the American way of life. You, Mein Dearest Führer, fill me deeply and completely with long, hard thoughts about what we can become. Your life is an inspiration to us all, Mein Führer. You’ve taught us so much, but there’s so little that we can do for you in return. Mein Führer, I can walk again! I can breathe! I can run and jump, Mein Führer! You fill me with a vigor for this life that I never thought I’d feel! I love you so much!

But alas, Mein Dearest Führer, there is a dark reason I write you today. For there are those in this country who do not appreciate all the work you do. For whatever reason, jealousy I suspect, these pitiful people work against you every day. I weep, knowing that this happens, and cling readily to my whetting pillow each night, knowing that some of these are people with power.

Now, Mein Führer, you know that I am both a member of your most brilliant party as well as a member of the United States Armed Forces. I love to fight for this country that you saved almost one year ago as much as I love you, for it is a service to you that I fight. However, as much as it pains me to let you know this, those in positions of power of my unit do not appreciate my association with you. I am constantly lambasted for my love for both you and Dio Brando, Mein Dearest Führer, and in order to participate in wars for our glory, I am subject to insults and forced to listen to the inane babbling of these unworthy heathens. The fact that people of this low caliber hold power in this beautiful country tears me up, Mein Führer. And what hurts the most, is that I am being forced to choose between you and service to our country! They are demanding that I cut all ties with you in order to fight with my brothers, Mein Führer! This is indeed a travesty!

So Mein Führer . . . . Mein Dearest, Beloved Führer . . . . . it is breaking my heart, but I must serve. My soul will never leave your side, Mein Führer, know that always, but I am forced to break all physical ties to you and our beloved SEES immediately in order to retain my tenure as a soldier. Dark days these are, Mein Führer. If you can help me, I will be, again, forever grateful to you.

With love and regret,

Name smudged and withheld to protect identity

This is indeed a travesty, just as the letter said. Not only are many people running many of our military platoons endorsing the defamation of our lord, God Emperor Dio Brando, but they are forcing people to choose between military and political affiliation. What a horrible, horrible policy. They assume that differing political affiliations will cause great and unrelenting schisms in the military. How entirely logical of them.

However, if this is the world we live in, then I will have to adjust. When I received that letter, our militia was a small group of people who were just enjoying themselves by working for slave wages and fighting with the weapons that we made. However, as I sat there over my bowls of Fruity Pebbles and Reeses Puffs, fuming with anger and using every ounce of control I had over myself to not crumple the letter and piss on it, I vowed to make my militia a formidable force on the battlefield, one that would attract members of SEES to it, give them a band of brothers, and give SEES lovers everywhere an alternative to a hateful and broken military.

Early on, our Super Soldiers, as I called them, fought for Nippon against Corea. This war was not simply something that we were called on to fight for from friends in the country, but we helped plan the war from the very beginning. Yes, SEES and the SS were already planning major campaigns. Nippon was mildly successful, but made a tactical error when they opened a war with Russia after Corea gained an MPP from them. That put an end to that war, but what a war it was. Nippon had great victories, Corea held a war tribunal, and SEES and our militia actually out damaged our brothers in EZ Company, which was a much more established political militia.

From there, it’s history. We’ve built new companies to meet our needs, we’ve participated in wars and battles across the spectrum and are now considered a major militia in America.

We played a major ole in the battle for Alaska.

We worked steadily in the southeast quadrant to clear out Russians while making a scenic route all the way to the capital, which we promptly captured and finished capturing the rest of the region. Later on, a few Russians and Arjay Pheonocian decided to show their faces. Here is an image of SEES's Komminications Manager and loyal Super Soldier slaughtering Arjay.

Later that day, I requested updates on battles across the world. Here are the satellite photos that were presented to me:

Here are 500 Servians surrounded by Broatian troops closing in. Broatia ended up losing the battle, however they cleared out the capital, only to encounter a Serv rush later on.

Here are tens of Americans defending Washington, a battle that we later lost due to massive bugs.

And if you thought that walls in battles ended when v2 came out, then you've never seen the Poles fight. Poland captured Pomerania from Russia easily.

I’m super proud of my militia, and everyone who’s helped to make this happen, including that unnamed soldier who was afraid of losing his position. He now serves happily in the SS, and is making quite a name for himself. His name? Well, that’s not important. The important thing is that he identified a problem and helped me rectify it. Hats off to you, soldier.
