As for the elected officials, WE in the government have proper procedures for everything. I never had a list on who are the Congress members (but this is still my responsibility) and I was too busy with RL affairs while this is happening. But you are correct, I, too, am partly responsible to this fiasco.

Most congress members dont use forum (I'm the first who hates it) or IRC, you have to hunt them ingame. But obviously congressman who gave cs to nolf is also Serb in that case you couldnt prevent that
