A Humble Opinion

A random musing late at night.

With the liberation of Alberta it is perhaps time for us to think of what comes next. Canada's economy has been sapped by the current war even though our national fighting spirit remains. We're willing to lick our weight in alligators but we don't have any hospitals to help us recover after doing it, and building a level 5 hospital - one of which we have in reserve - would be tantamount to drawing a bullseye on our contry. You don't have to take my word on this Jacobi himself has stated it.. So the prospect of liberating our lost territories by attacking the invaders is slim. At least slim if it is done from current Canadian territory. This means that if the rest of Canada is to be freed it must be done by our people in exile of by those friendly to our cause through resistance wars.

It has been written that "he who defends everything defends nothing." It is one of the greatt military axioms which probably dates back to Sun Tzu over two and a half millenia ago. We've seen it ourselves in the war which still rages. Canada has been forced to defend against attacks on three or four regions at a time. Our leaders had to prioritize which fights would get the greatest support and which areas we would have to let go in order to protect what was important. If this is axiomatic, then it follows that he who is attacked everywhere loses somewhere. If this is in fact true then surely it follows that the best opportunity for us to liberate our captured regions, and for other countries to liberate their captured territories is by coordinating Resistance Wars to occur at close to the same time. The liberation of the first three Canadian regions occurred when the eUK was involved in Resistance Wars on four or five different fronts (NB, NF&L, PEI, NS and if I'm not mistaken Midtjylland), They made the latter two their priority. Surely then it follows that our best opportunity to have a chance of retaking what we've lost is to launch Resistance wars within hours if not minutes of others launching resistances . Would our chances of retaking Saskatchewan and Manitoba have been better if Resistance Wars had started there while Hungary was occupied in Alaska Siveria and in a battle with Croatia in Northwest Croatia? I think the answer is probably yes.
