A Fork in the Road: The Upcoming NZ Elections
Pragmat
Kia Ora New Zealand
In just a few short days we will go to the polls to elect the 2nd President of eNew Zealand. As things develop it seems clear that we have a distinct choice to make in who we want to represent us over the coming month.

DON KRONOX

I am not going to pretend I am unbiased, anyone who has read my previous articles knows that I firmly believe that some of those who came here from Serbia and Slovenia came here in order to take over the country for their own purposes.
My rationale for feeling this way comes from many observations I have made and had pointed out to me.
First: a look at Aotearoa , the largest eNZ party.
A quick perusal of the party member list shows me two things. First, the vast majority of these members are former members of Serbia or Slovenia. Second, many of them sport avatars related to the Serbian Intelligence community, a community known for attempting to take over governments.
Secon😛
a look at the actions of a Aotearoa-controlled Congress.
We are going to have disagreements on which economic policies will benefit our country the most. I know very little about the economy, but I trust Devoid and other economic minds that have explained to my satisfaction why the tax policy we had before was good and why the new policies are bad. Instead of trying to argue a point I am not knowledgeable on, I will instead provide two different points of view....you can decide
Don KronoX's statement
Devoid's statement
Finally: a look at the recent comments of Don KronoX, candidate for President of New Zealand. (Note: I added bold-type for emphasis)
"A month ago it was little more than 60 supporters eliminate "the belly of bread" in this wonderful land of here and create your own community."
This is more just me wondering what "eliminate the belly of bread" means.
"Today, the Slovenian and Serbian migrants in New Zealand managed major breakthrough in Congress, as elected 23rd Congressmen who are in favor of Slovenian and Serbian communities in New Zealand. Thus, we assume the majority and we can easily enforce policy decisions."
"Our purpose in New Zealand is not "looting" and "plundering" of New Zealand but it is our intention to establish a strong community with its economic interests in New Zealand for the possibility of supply of cheap grain for our country."
I read this as a statement that they wish to use their hold on eNew Zealand to supply cheap grain to Serbia and Slovenia.
This is simply my interpretation. Especially considering I used the eRep-Plus translator, perhaps something was lost in translation.
The choice is yours New Zealand.

Vote for Fionia, our Kiwi Kween!
If Aotearoa has 23 congressmen, why are new (bad) laws passed with 25 or 26 votes?
o.0
because we don't control our Congressman as closely as Aotearoa and some of our Congressman probably agree with the new laws.
Combine that with the general trigger-happy tendency to vote yes on everything and there you go
@Daniel
...odpravilo »s trebuhom za kruhom«... is a Slovenian saying, that is hard to translate into english. Litteral translation would be somthing like "to set out with with an »empty belly searching for bread«". Its used to represend that someone is moving tu unknow places in search for better life. Like our forefathers did when they moved to America in search for better life.
Does that explains it?
AR will accuse you of accusing people without proof 🙂
Don Kronox: do you mean like serbian and solvenian will do to us what the american forfathers did to the amerindians ?
I would like to see your program Don Kronox
@Don KronoX
seems to make sense, thank you for the explanation
p.s. If you link to my tax statements then you should link it to http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/the-real-free-market-new-zealand--1574737/1/20 it is more detailed...
@voice my "program" will be written in next 2 days... i had some RL issues to work out.. so i didnt have the time to write it yet...
Done and done, thanks
@voice no... i am talking about immigrants to America between I. and II. WW
You do realise that your preferred candidates avatar is emblazoned with 'Seal team 6' an American organisation that is not exactly unknown for 'tactical' voting on other nations elections?
voice, you are not "amerindian", you are a colonist.
Daniel, lol at Serbian Intelligence comunity xD I didn't even know such thing existed and if it did, they sure wouldn't go around advertising themselves with avatars.
@Alfagrem
I am very much aware...I debated whether to even mention PTOs anymore in light of that, but then I realized that I have not seen anything from Fionia to suggest she has anything nefarious in mind for New Zealand.
I have a bad feeling about the new RMs and wonder if all smaller countries will just be carved up by their enemies so larger countries can claim the productivity bonus. I hope I'm wrong, but we'll have to see what happens.
Nor have you seen anything from the majority of the eSerbians to suggest that they have anything nefarious in mind for eNew Zealand. Your own reasons are flimsy, and are broken apart by the fact that the eSerbians weren't the only ones that supported those tax changes, otherwise it wouldn't have passed so cleanly when they didn't hold the majority.
Funny how that works.
Also, voice is a tool.
Accusations about electoral manipulation, schemes, allegiances and past actions can be made on both sides.
Economic arguments are also neither here or there as both policies we've had enacted as well as others that were discussed were all within the realms of acceptable practice (no +25% income taxes or the like) and the desirabilty of one over the other is just the difference in where you think the economy should be taking eNZ.
Where eNZ should be taken is really the crux of the issue and no candidate has so far told us where they believe we should be headed in terms of foreign affairs, economic practice or the role of the state.
Solid point Alfagrem, I agree
Thanks for your input Adam Reese, I appreciate it. Really, it is rare to see someone with such an obvious disdain for attacks and illogical arguments go ahead and make illogical arguments and attack others. But truly, I know that deep down you hope that your hypocrisy will show us the error of our ways.
Truly people, the signs are clear, Adam Reese is a messiah like figure in commentary. Worship him, praise him, learn from him
In all honesty though, I was pointing out what I have seen from their leadership and their members of Congress. Only the tax change in food passed without a majority and that was largely due to how slim the difference in membership was and a lack of organization on the part of our members of Congress.
Yes, because hyperbole is the mark of maturity, Daniel.
What have I said that's hypocritical? What have I said that's illogical?
I'm being realistic, and I'm fighting hopeless idealism.
"voice, you are not "amerindian", you are a colonist.
Daniel, lol at Serbian Intelligence comunity xD I didn't even know such thing existed and if it did, they sure wouldn't go around advertising themselves with avatars."
You basically just made fun of your own intelligence here... Why DO you go around advertising yourselves with a A Serbian Intelligence avatar?
eSerbian intelligence officer = WE avatar?
Michal is showing a distinct lack of intelligence.
"What have I said that's illogical?"
like finding contradiction where they do not exist 🙂
Michal, that pun is too old and worn out to be funny and, in this particular case, it's also messed up by the word "community" ; )
PS: Why do you beat your wife?
voice, there is a contradiction when you've repeatedly accused people in the past, just like you're doing right now with me, and now you're saying your goal is not to accuse anybody.
There's the contradiction.
