Farewell President's Office!
This will be my 20th and final address as President of eCanada. My Presidential Addresses have averaged around 127 votes per article, and for me they will remain an endearing reminder of my time as CP. I will go down in history as the final V1 President and first V2 President; I hope it will be my legacy that I kept the ship not only afloat but sailing proudly through this turbulent time. I can’t thank you enough for entrusting me to lead this country; it was an exhausting and unforgettable experience.

Acacia Mason for Prime Minister!
With the mushy stuff aside, I’d like to announce that I am putting my full support behind Acacia Mason. I consider Jacobi a friend, and the very rare kind that I can argue with or call names without having to worry about him changing loyalties. Jacobi is indeed an extremely rare and valuable member of our society, and I am honored to have worked with him.
Yet my endorsement goes to Acacia. I truly believe Acacia embodies the new attitude this country needs. His cabinet is fresh and exciting, and his reforms are well thought out and visionary. I truly believe Acacia’s work as President will make me blush; I’ve already had several “why didn’t I think of that?” moments while reading his platform.

Of course, I’m not the only one who feels this way. Crisfire points out that Acacia’s economic reforms are the stronger alternative for eCanadian businessmen. The Union Nationale has endorsed Acacia on the strength of his reforms and his character. Supabeasty, who has seen his popularity in the media soar as of late, has also explained why he believes Acacia has the Vision, Passion and Purpose to lead the country.
I can’t help but agree with these fine gentlemen. Acacia has been one of my most trusted friends ever since I took office. He does his work dutifully and without fail. I could write 10,000 words on why I think Acacia is the best choice for eCanada, but instead I’m going to TL;DR it up with 3.
Endorsement TL;DR
Vision – Acacia is a visionary, and he has the ability to see through the fog and change this country for the better.
Passion – Acacia is both passionate and compassionate. He is a fantastic leader and he listens well; it’s common for a CP to have one of these qualities, but rarely both.
Purpose – Acacia believes in what he does, and this is essential for the position. He holds the position with the highest reverence, and I know he will do everything he can to preserve and improve the dignity of this nation.

My Final Words as CP
Well, that’s it for me. This has been a fantastic run, but my time in office is complete. (Acacia please don’t read this next part
) It was around July 14th that I had been on eRepublik from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep, save for eating and other bodily necessities. I had all kinds of plans for the day, but negotiations with Bro CP’s, budgetary dispersements and a billion smaller jobs kept me from leaving the basement. It was at this moment that I decided there was no way I was putting myself through this for another month.
That being said, I owe a huge Thank You! to a whole bunch of people. However, if I started naming names individually I will forget somebody, and I don’t want to do that. So, instead I’ll say this: if you were one of the people who helped me, you know who you are…thank you so very much, I couldn’t have done it without you! I’m going to find the people who were most important to my success and try to give them a personal thank you, but if I don’t see you please remember I haven’t forgotten you. And to all the Daderagers, thank you too! You made my terms very interesting, and from time to time pretty damn funny.

I don't know about everyone, but I've never agreed to president giving official support like this to sway the election. When your term as a president is over, You should just hand over the reigns and let the citizen decide.

I'll be writing about the ups and downs of both terms soon, but responsibility doesn't really matter anymore because I won't be President any longer. That's why I was transparent with everything AS it happened (except Manitoba which I was unable to be transparent about until a week or two later) with my previous 19 presidential addresses.
