A disregard for the english language

Day 3,041, 06:10 Published in Ireland Ireland by Releasethe Krakken

Words import a meaning. Most words are unambiguous. Lets examine a few words:

Section 2.02 Eligibility rules:
a. If the Dictator applicant started the game in eIreland then he/she must be playing at least 6 continuous months prior to the election in eIreland.
b. If the Dictator applicant was born an eForeigner, he/she must have held Irish citizenship for a minimum of 1 year continuous immediately prior to appointment in eIreland.
Dictator applicants MUST publish an article with the reason why should we elect him after the party president committee verifies their eligibility.
Dictator elections are going to be held each 3 months or sooner if the current Dictator isn’t capable to do his duty anymore.

Ok looking at our 2 candidates: Cat Boyd was eBorn as an eirish citizen on the 13th of September 2015 and ths are eligible completely .

2.02. a says 6 months so feb jan dec nov oct sep she is eligible by 5 days.

So we must assume eNogin is eBorn eIrish for eArgument sake we will give her the eBenifit of the eDoubt.

The cut off date was 25 September 2015.

So relevant words we can cut out is:

Section 2.02 Eligibility rules:
a. If the Dictator applicant started the game in eIreland then he/she must be playing at least 6 continuous months prior to the election in eIreland.

Elections: we all know what is meant here but for argument sake we can say it will be held no later than 25 March 2016 so our cut off date will be 25 September 2015.

we note the must strong word it means it cannot be done in another way.

Lets just save "must" for now.

be playing- ok easy to figure out

at least - this denotes no less than again strong words creating no ambiguity in the meaning. mmm lets save this again so must and at least. so a person must be playing for no less than 6 months. Again no real ambiguity.
but then its refined by the word "continuous"

Adjective[edit]
continuous ‎(not comparable)

Without break, cessation, or interruption; without intervening time.  [quotations ▼]
a continuous current of electricity
Without intervening space; continued; protracted; extended.
a continuous line of railroad
(botany) Not deviating or varying from uniformity; not interrupted; not joined or articulated.
(analysis, of a function) Such that, for every x in the domain, for each small open interval D about f(x), there's an interval containing x whose image is in D.
(mathematics, more generally, of a function) Such that each open set in the range has an open preimage.
Each continuous function from the real line to the rationals is constant, since the rationals are totally disconnected.
(grammar) Expressing an ongoing action or state.
Usage notes[edit]
Continuous is stronger than continual. It denotes that the continuity or union of parts is absolute and uninterrupted, as in a continuous sheet of ice, or a continuous flow of water or of argument. So Daniel Webster speaks of "a continuous and unbroken strain of the martial airs of England." By contrast, continual usually marks a close and unbroken succession of things, rather than absolute continuity. Thus we speak of continual showers, implying a repetition with occasional interruptions; we speak of a person as liable to continual calls, or as subject to continual applications for aid.[1]
Synonyms[edit]
(without break, cessation, or interruption in time): constant, continual (but see usage notes above), incessant, never-ending, ongoing, unbroken, unceasing, unending, uninterrupted
(without break, cessation, or interruption in space): connected, unbroken

Weird that the third no less strong word in that sentence. Its meaning having no ambigiuty. the word means non stop. No breaks no quick trips to your mu in canada no short stints in eUsa. Continuous. Not continual no sir.

We save again this word lets say it as it is a player who was eborn in eireland

- right mark for nogin here

must be playing for no less than 6 months prior to the elections in eireland.

- wrong mark oops nogin has not been playing for 6 months prior to the elections in eireland she has been playing only for 4 from tomorrow before that she was a foreign citizen.

and then the kicker continuous she has not played non stop for six months.

THE EVIDENCE - well lets just find a stop ok and from this link we can see her citizen application was approved on the 19th of November 2015. A break in her play therefore.

I really dont now how she got past the election committee because as in her first elections she is again INELIGIBLE.

BUT as we can recall WHS made such a big deal about previous governments bending the rules and constitution as they seem fit.

I give the floor to WHS to exlain why an ineligible candidate was approved to run?

It seems a case of ignoring the constitution when your candidate is to be elected.
