Why should you invest in HobbitTon Industries?

Because of this, HobbitTon Industries has competitive wages and adjustable ones at that. And due to the sheer amount of companies I have in the United States, there are always openings for you!

In addition, HobbitTon Industries has standards and rewards for our employees. It is expected that all of our workers work at 90 wellness or above and work every day unless I have been told beforehand. With this connection between general manager and employee, much more can get done, and eventually it will end back up in your pocket. And in essence, it will be so much easier to earn that coveted Hard Worker Medal every month.

How is HobbitTon Industries using creativity to help out their employees? [Half Booster Option]

In the past, HobbitTon Industries used a Profit Sharing method of running companies where all the workers would work at minimum wage, and at the end of the week would get their money donated to them depending on how well it worked. While this idea in theory was spectacular, the upkeep was immense, so I had to disband the idea altogether.

Now, HobbitTon Industries has come up with another idea that may be used to maximize profits! While this method of payment is not mandatory, I highly suggest all my employees to use it. In this method called the Half Booster Option, you can get more money because you can actually bypass income tax. If you work at 100 wellness, invite two friends, and use the first paid booster everyday, I will actually donate your salary to you every day without fail. The only catch is that you must work at minimum wage in-game, but I will pay you for half the booster!
