A Basic Right, Denied.

Washington D.C., eUSA -- Everyday eAmerican Citizens wake up, get themselves something tasty to eat, and go on to work and train. Most forget about their liberties and rights they have, until they are taken away that is.

Some may be asking what is meant to be taken from this article. As is stated in the eUSA Constitution, we are all endeavored to freedom of speech found here: http://wiki.erepublik.com/index.php/Constitution_of_USA.

1. All residents of the United States are considered equal in worth. No resident shall ever be denied his basic right of Free Speech, regardless of its content. Furthermore, it is the duty of the United States Government to protect and defend the right to free speech of its citizens, regardless of foreign interests.

Some citizens have had those rights stripped. Emerick, a long time eUSA resident, and formerly an active voice of eUSA, was stripped of all of his rights to post and speak on the eUSA forums (not directly connected to eRepublik), permanently.

Doesn't this conflict greatly with our Constitution? How can this be justified if it is taking away his rights?

The ban log report is listed here: http://eusforum.com/index.php/topic,4041.msg81019.html#msg81019

Not even listed clearly are his offenses in which he committed supposedly in the wrong. Quite an odd conundrum, if you will. Unban Emerick, it has been far too long to have this ban continue!
