Join the new world

Are we just black and white, hot or cold, and bright or dark? Is eGermany just absolutes in bipolarity or are we eGermans? I find it very interesting that parties attacks each other so passionately that I feel that unity is threatened. Nation first and party second! That is my personal motto and also that of Open Minded Germany. While I know all parties from the left and right wants a strong and prosperous eGermany, but I feel that declaring the allegiance to either the left or the right handicap their efforts. This allegiance to the political spectrum created the party partisanship which led to party rivalry. We were even criticized for being a pro-British party since I lack the ability to write in eGerman. While the person that made this statement later apologized since he did not know about my lack of German ability; however, this discourse should not take place in the first place. We need to break the cycle of rampant party partisanship. This is doing eGermany no favors. We should listen to all side and all perspective and listen to the good ideas and implemented it. Ideas from new or experienced players should be taken as the equals. The fires of political attacks should not be used in eGerman political discourse and we at OMG take this really seriously. We fought together against Sweden and Poland. We fought together against the PTU, while fight against each other? eGermans are eGermans. eGermany cannot move forward unless we are united. It is ok to have differences of opinions but we must be civil. Stop the blame game and we should set sight and do our part as a united eGermany. Einigkeit und Recht und Freiheit! Unity is first and we champion unity as it is essential to eGermany and eGerman citizens.

These are the principles of OMG. I do not and am not attacking other parties and I respect each of the other parties really much. I work well with SPeD members like TGE and Myrilia. I worked with PPD members like AnsisX, Vaclav, and Letnix. I know we can work together and advance the interest of eGermany. We are at a new chapter of eGerman history. We regain all territories. We are in PEACE. Let us be a beacon of hope in eGermany that we stand strong as one.

Lets us not blame each other anymore and we look at the future. eGermany invaded 3 times but like a Phoenix raise again, each time more stronger and united. No one can destroy eGermany but ourselves.

While there are a lot of work that needs to be done in OMG, we made great progress. We have a newspaper and an org. I met many new OMGers wanting to be congressman. It really pleases me that we the OMG is fulfilling our duty. We have many new or non-elite members running for government. Like I said many times ago in the past, what made eGermany great is the life story of Bush Da Bunny. He became congressman of eGermany after 2 months of playing this game. OMG take this principle at its core. I urge all OMGers to take part in the coming congressional election and vote.

To make this party a fully bilingual community, we are looking for translators and if interested please contact me and/ or sign up in the forum. Moritz von Sachsen is willing to translate future articles but we need a few more. Thanks
