I'm starting to find it hard to sell Q1 houses, there's alot of competition, and we keep undercutting ourselves, greatly reducing profits.

Good thing I have hard working staff that, for the most part, work everyday.

I'm thinking about upgrading to to Q2 houses soon, as soon as I muster up some more gold. I think this will help out with the competition, as there doesn't seem to be as many Q2 House companies.

I was also thinking about starting to sell shares off, but I have decided to wait until i reach Q3 houses or so, so I can be more established.

Firstly I will offer shares to loyal employees that are hard working.

That's about it for my first article, I'll try and post updates weekly to keep everyone posted.

God forbid competitive pressures should force you to favour consumers!

You raise a very good point.

However, i'm sure consumers are already pleased with the ever decreasing costs of houses, but my main priority at the moment is to my employees. Competitive pressures does not favor profits, that allows me to give them constant pay increases.

Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way, but I will learn 🙂
