This article is my second and better East Middlands Congresstional Manifest for July 2009.

I would like to initially say thankyou again to my all my voters last month, although I was not a victor of the elections.

I am Damian Jacob Tamir Jager but you guys can all call me DJTJ, I started playing on this account a few months ago after my old account a few months prior to my return had been illegally banned by ATLANTIS spy masters. Since my return,now as Damian Jacob Tamir Jager, I have made many friends on erepublik inclueding victor of victors, Mr Woldy who is a good guy, with lots of helpfull guides you guys reading this should check out. Since my return I have run for congress once and narrowly missed a victory and I have also joined the Royal Gaurds to Protect and to Serve the eUnited Kingdom of Great Britain.

The East Middlands, home of many great things including a Q5 hospital and the eUK military. This reigon needs leaders who can achive many great things, as can I and Mr Woldy. I can uphold this reigon's greatness for all my terms.

Internationaly I back PEACE gc. Mainly because my old account was illeagaly banned by ATLANTIS spys, but also becuse I trust PEACE's officiantcy and greatness. Vote me in and I'll be sure to make the world great again.
