About the eBelgian dictatorship

Day 2,944, 05:45 Published in Belgium Netherlands by Fhaemita The Apostate

Hello eBelgian citizens,

The last couple of days there has been a lot of propaganda posted by Vincent Pain He only recently returned to erepublik after been away for a very long time, even before the dictatorship was introduced and since that time he has missed a lot and also a lot that has happens concerning dictatorship how it works and what the problems are if you do not have a dictatorship. Before his death Vincent Pain was one of the PTO'ers, they call themself opposition because they are against the so called "elite", the elite being the people who have been running the country since day one of eBelgian and even going so far as calling those people PTO'ers while they been the ones who were running the country since eBelgium was founded.

They shortly tried to convince people with their ideas but when it didn't go when they wanted and only hand full of people agreed with them they took measures in their own hands and resorted to other tactics mainly letting in Serbians, Croats and whoever was willing to join his party. Instead of being constructive and try to work together they became destructive, obstructive unwilling to work people who disagree with them. If he really wanted what was best for this country in an attempt to overthrow eBelgium and get the power themselves which although they came close did fail in the end. Vincent Pain was given a chance twice in a cabinet position but both times he was fired because he abused his position and abused the government newspaper using it for personal attacks on others.

The problem of not having a dictatorship is that when a foreigners gets a hold of a military unit in eBelgium and we do not have a dictatorship he can start a military coup and if successful that foreigner will be dictator of eBelgium that is why eBelgium like many many other countries in the e-world have a dictatorship to protect them against such a thing. Although this is not a guaranteed protection it is protecting because before he can install himself as dictator he first has to do a revolution which cost 200k currency and have to wait 10 days before he can start a military coupe. a Dictator has full control of the country and can do everything he want including change laws, has control over all orgs so having a foreigner come in and grab the dictatorship would be disastrous.

Because of this eBelgium as a Democratically Elected Dictator which at first seems to be strange because Democratically Elected and dictator generally do not go together very well. Each month people can candidate themselves as dictator and Congress elects one of the candidates as Democratically Elected Dictator for that month, That way the country stays safe and people get the chance to get the Dictator Trainee and the True Dictator medal. The only requirement is that you give 200k cc as security in case the dictator isn't as trustfull as we expected and we can start a revolution.

As to be expected from the past, Vincent Pain and people who support them are unwilling to listen to reason, unwilling to see the security risk of not having a dictatorship and unwilling to listen to any arguments. Two from his last three articles were removed by the Erepublik admins because the content of his articles was deemed inappropriate I think almost all his articles being removed by the admins speaks loudly about Vincent and his articles.

They claim to want what is best for eBelgium yet what they do is endangered eBelgium and opening up eBelgium to the threat of a military takeover. They claim they want democracy yet the majority have chosen for the Dictatorship. Just like before it is a small minority who are trying to push through their ideals and not thinking of the consequences of doing so. They are just being selfish, they are blinded by their own ideas unwilling or even unable to see what their actions could do with the country.
