Here the report for this month of help to babies.

I've been nominated in a hurry and I was not prepared so everything is not perfect ; though the 2nd part of the article contains open question to improve things.

2 articles were written this month:

They are badly organized.
There is a lack of other articles about job, fight, socialization.


* Training center

President Stenleyipkis was opposed to give golds as we can't really check the use of this donation, which is true.
So no gold was given by the state during promotion.
Maybe I should have pushed to allow gift, yet I didn't do it, and it remains an open question.


* Supply

With the new division reform, it's harder to categorize babies.

Here's how I proceede😛
I calculated damage with 10.Q5 Weapons
- Influence - Influence > 100.000 : I consider it half a baby.
- Influence > 150.000 : No more a baby.

6 Babies benefited from the supply: (5 babies + 1 half baby)





I calculated approximatively this distribution to let them be able to perform Daily Order everyday while increasing their rank. Even if they don't play this wisely... xdxd


This cost 5361cc to the state:


State bought for 7820cc:


1400 Q5 Food and 780 Q5 Weapons are left:



Thus,
Each half-baby received this month: 600 Q5 Foods + 120 Q5 Weapons
Each baby received this month: 1400 Q5 Foods + 220 Q5 Weapons

Who to supply?

- I proposed a rule for baby/half bay ; is it good?
- Some of the babies supplied this month were also supplied by Turkish state ; should we allow this?

Turkish and Greek (others...) partnership?

Biggest countries can give 100q5 + 10q7 everyday
and an extra of 200q5 + 20q7 in operation.

Should we make one or several partnerships with Greece, Turkey,... to help our babies the same way?


Baby job?

What job to council to a cypriot baby?
Cypriot one against supply? 5-10 Q5 Weapons? Food?...
Chilean job?...


Training center help?

Should the state give gold when there are promotions?
Should we control it? How?

Finally, I think it would be more useful to have a greek and a turk fags to follow babies. : (

As div1 only gives 1 point to each battle.
As you need to be level 50 to become div3.
Is it still useful for babies to play this game?
