Income Tax Replaced by Work Tax

Starting with Day 2,089 of the New World, the officials of the countries (Presidents, Congressmen) will have to decide about a new tax: Work Tax.

What is Work Tax?

The Work Tax is similar with the current Income Tax but it will apply not only for employees but also for the ones that Work as Manager.

Who decides the level of this tax?

The Work Tax will be set by the Congress, and can have a value between 1% and 25%.

How is the Work Tax calculated for working as manager?

The tax will be calculated based on the average salary in their country in the last 30 days. The actual of the Work Tax is the percentage set by the Congress applied to the average salary.

Example:

In country A the average net salary paid in the last 30 days is 10 currency and the voted Work Tax for the country A is 10%. In this case, the value of the Work Tax for Work as Manager will be 1 local currency. The Work Tax will be applied for each company in which a player works as manager. Therefore if a citizen owns 5 companies and works as a manager in all of them, he will pay the value of the Work Tax multiplied by 5. If the citizen doesn’t have enough money to pay the Work Tax, he will not be able to start production in his companies.

How is the average salary calculated?

The average salary is calculated based on all the salaries paid by employers from a specific citizenship country in the last 30 days (the citizenship of their employees doesn’t matter, what matter is the citizenship of the employer).

How is the Work Tax calculated for working as an employee?

For the citizens who work as employees, the Work Tax will behave identically as the old Income Tax.

This new tax will provide countries with a supplementary source of funding and will give the Congressmen and Presidents a new tool that can help the countries make a step toward improving the state of the economy.

Zmiana podatku dochodowego na podatek od pracy.

Zaczynając od dnia 2089 nowego świata władze krajów (prezydenci i kongresmeni) będą mieli możliwość ustawienia podatku od pracy.

Czym jest podatek od pracy?

Podatek ten jest podobny do podatku od przychodów z tą różnicą ze będzie płacony przez wszystkich pracujących (czyli także tych pracujących jako właściciele we własnych firmach).

Kto ustala poziom podatku?

Podatek będzie ustalany przez kongres a jego poziom może wynosić od 1% do 25%.

W jaki sposób jest obliczany podatek dla pracujących jako właściciele?

Podatek będzie obliczany od średniej płacy z 30 ostatnich dni.

Tak więc jeśli w kraju A pensja netto wynosi 10 cc a podatek od pracy ustalono na 10% to w takim wypadku podatek dla pracującego we własnej firmie wyniesie 1 cc i będzie on doliczany do każdej firmy w której zapracuje się jako właściciel. Tak więc jeśli gracz posiada 5 firm i pracuje w każdej z nich jako właściciel będzie musiał zapłacić kwotę podatku pomnożoną przez 5. Jeśli gracz nie będzie posiadał środków na zapłacenie podatku nie bezie mógł w firmie zapracować.

W jaki sposób jest obliczana średnia pensja?

Jest ona obliczana ze wszystkich pensji wypłaconych przez pracodawców w danym kraju przez ostatnie 30 dni (nie liczy się tutaj obywatelstwo pracownika a obywatelstwo pracodawcy).

W jaki sposób podatek od pracy jest liczony dla pracowników zatrudnionych w firmach?

Dla pracujących w firmach ten podatek będzie identyczny w działaniu ze znanym dotychczas podatkiem od przychodów.


Nowy podatek zapewni krajom dodatkowe źródło przychodu. Będzie także narzędziem dla kongresmenów i prezydentów które umożliwi im poprawę stanu narodowych gospodarek.


Uwaga

W celu wprowadzenia zmian w podatkach będzie wymagane wyłączenie gry na maksymalnie 20 minut na początku dnia 2089. Prosimy wziąć to pod uwagę przy planowaniu swoich zadań w eRepublik.
