Good day Belgium,

First, I like to apologize for the chaos of yesterday. I know most people were suprised by my candidature and weren't really sure what to do about it. It was never in my intention to bring confusion up or to surprise people with my candidacy. If I destroyed the usual programm before the elections, my sincere apologizes.

This will be the first part of my programm, where I will talk about the usual, basic stuff, namely Foreign Affairs, Defence, Communication and Education

Foreign Affairs

The world situation has changed, CoT and TWO are in an active war. We have friends on both sides but we have to help our allies in their battles as it is our duty as member of an alliance. Our MoFA team will mainly focus on CoT but will also keep our relations outside of CoT with our friends there.



It is war, yes, but friendship is far more important then a war as a war is just of a limited time. A friendship (usually) lasts forever. Wishing to welcome new members in our community, we will offer our help to those countries who wish to join CoT.

Military

We will help CoT were we can as they helped us. The government will try to organize some strikes on IRC where eBelgians can find together to fight in a battle. This way, we can give people the chance to fight even though they have not enough supplies or food.



Communication is important, so we will promote the CoT IRC channels and publish the orders on our official IRC Channel #eBE_MoD, as this is far easier to update as an article. Besides the IRC communication, the MoD will continue publishing their articles as always and keeping the script up-to-date.

Communication and Information

The government will have every friday a question hour on IRC where you can ask your questions. Besides that you can always contact me on IRC and a Spokesman will keep you informed of what is happening in eBe. Communication is important even if it is such banal things like a short update. So we will have a lot of activity. Like Beaver did it with his programm, we will spam publish a lot of articles during the term.



We will also have a Minister of Wiki Affairs who will keep an eye on the wiki pages related to Belgium and set up a team to work on updating this part.

Education

Here, we need to help the younger players with more articles and maybe even increase the use of scripts. The MoE will have the job to help out our Spokesman in explaining some terms which may be unkown to some citizens.
There will be another thing which does belong into Education but will be explained in the Finance part.
