[Department of Homeland Security] Department decree n°3/5/12, establishing sanction for Congressmen in application of Presidential decree

The Department of Homeland Security :

Regreting the indiscipline of some Congressmen,
Expressing its will to keep our national institutions secure to prevent a Political Take Over,

Has adopted the following decree :

Article 1:

In application of Article 2 pf the Presidential decree regarding the Citizenship application approval procedure (CSAAP) (taken on Day 1,635 of eRepublik), the following Congressmen :

- Giska89
- District 1

have been found guilty of disrespect of following the CSAAP decree

Article 2:

The sanctions are :

- ban from the Congress and Swiss part of the forum
- a 3-month notification of treason to the eSwiss from all elections in eSwitzerland

Article 3:

This present decree will have immediate effect when publish.

Taken the 25th of the month of May 2012 by the Department of Homeland Security.
