Hello comrade citizens,

As you know we are in an evolment to a socialist state, so another good thing about socialism is transparency. Because of that we are going to have an open congress at irc. If you are a ePhilippines citizen or one of her allies you can come and express your opinion.

For every congress we must have agenda. for first one we will talk about future of our Socialist Republic and also our national efforts for ongoing resistances.

1- Opening talks. (From some members of People's Revolutionary Comittee)
2- Make a plan for liberation.
3- Any other suggestions.
