173: MoHA - One Year Anniversary

On the 7th of April, one year ago, the Ministry of Home Affairs was launched in the media.
It was one of the core proposals of my CP manifesto back in April 2009. I won that election and just two days later, the MoHA, as it is now affectionately called, opened its doors with Scipio The Great as Minister accompanied by Sir Graystar as Underminister and Rodney McKay as Apprentice.
Originally, the MoHA roles were held by MoIE in a secondary capacity. It is now a huge ministry which helps our new citizens to get to grips with the game. The launch of MoHA brought citizen recruitment and "aggressive campaigning" tactics to get people to join the forums.
