In this official announcement, admins release news about three new countries and many new bridges between regions and countries. YCN has introduced the three countries in the last issue. Today, we will focus on the new Bridges around the Pacific.

在 這篇官方公告 當中，無頭雞釋出了新的三個國家及區域國家間新橋樑的消息。
YCN已經在 上一期報導 中介紹了這三個新國家。
今天，我們將把注意力集中在 環太平洋地區地新橋樑 上面。







《Bridge between North Korea and Japan》
《北韓和日本間的橋樑》



The new link between Hamgyong of North Korea and Tohoku of Japan makes new neighbor for both North Korea and Japan. Before this, North Korea only neighbors China, Russia, and South Korea. Now, Japan is North Korea's new neighbor, and North korea is Japan's, too. This change will push the two countries communicate to each other more, in both military and diplomatic aspects.

這個介於北韓 Hamgyong 和日本 Tohoku 的新橋樑使得北韓和日本都有了新的鄰居。
在這之前，北韓只有和中國、俄國、及南韓接攘。
現在，北韓和日本變成了彼此的新鄰居。
這樣的改變將迫使兩國間的溝通增加，無論在軍事或外交方面。

In the other hand, just below this bridge, USA has rented Chubu from Japan. For USA, now this bridge may be a short cut to approach North Korea, and also another route toward Russia (Hamgyong neighbors Russia). We can wait and see whether or not there will be new tension in Far East.

在另一方面，就在這橋的下方，美國 已經向日本租借了 Chubu 一地。
對於美國來說，現在這個橋樑也許是通往北韓的捷徑，
同時也是另一條通往俄國的道路 (Hamgyong和俄國接攘)。

As our knowledge, this new bridge between Hokkaido of Japan and Alaska of USA may not change anything in the eWorld. For USA, she has had a bridge from Hawaii to Kyushu of Japan. USA has also rented Chubu. Besides, the value of Hokkaido is only that it links to Russia. However, USA's Alaska has already linked to Russia. Thus, this new bridge will be nothing at all.

就我們所知，這個介於日本 Hokkaido 和美國 Alaska 的新橋樑並不會改變e世界。
對於美國而言，她已經有橋樑從 Hawaii 通往日本的 Kyushu，
而且美國也已租借了日本的 Chubu 一地。

Among all the countries in the Pacific Rim, Philippines is the most unfortunate one during this update of new bridges! Before this, Philippines' neighbors are China, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Malaysia. She has been threatened by Indonesia for a long time. Now, by linking Visayas of Philippines to Hawaii of USA and Pacifica of Colombia, admins bring her more treats -- USA, Colombia, and perheps other South American countries!

在所有環太平洋的國家當中，菲律賓在這次新橋樑的更新下最不幸的國家。
在這之前，菲律賓的鄰國有中國、印尼、台灣、和馬來西亞，
菲律賓受到印尼的威脅已有很長一段時間。
而現在，藉著連接菲律賓的 Visayas 與美國的 Hawaii 及哥倫比亞的 Pacifica，
無頭雞又送給她更多的威脅 -- 美國和哥倫比亞，也許還有其他南美洲的國家！

Before Taiwan's joining in the eWorld, Indonesia needed to run a long way and pass Kyushu of Japan to fight USA. After Taiwan's joining, Taiwan became a short cut between Southeast Asia and USA. But now, Philippines will be one of the shortest cuts for Southeast Asia to USA, and vice versa! Adding on the bridge between Philippines and Colombia, Philippines will become a whole new key transfer spot for North America, South America, and Southeast Asia. That also makes Philippines a military strategic point! For a relatively weak country, there is obviously not a happy ending...

在台灣加入電子共和國之前，印尼需要走很長一段路、經過日本的 Kyushu 才能跟美國對戰。
在台灣加入之後，台灣變成了東南亞和美國之間的捷徑。
但現在，菲律賓將取而代之成為東南亞前往美國、或者美國前往東南亞的最短路徑之一!
再加上菲律賓和哥倫比亞間也搭起新橋樑，
菲律賓將成為一個全新的關鍵轉運站：連結北美洲、南美洲、及東南亞。
這當然也使菲律賓成為一個軍事上的戰略要地。
對於一個相對上較弱小的國家而言，毫無疑問的將不會有開心的結局....







《Bridge between USA and Indonesia/Philippines》
《美國和印尼/菲律賓間的橋樑》



As USA's point of view, admins give USA an exactly key strategic point -- Hawaii. Before this update, Hawaii links to USA mainland, Japan, and Taiwan. This update links Hawaii to Visayas of Philippines and Papua of Indonesia. Then, Hawaii becomes an intersection of five countries around the Pacific!

從美國的角度來看，這次無頭雞送給她一個絕對關鍵的戰略要地 -- Hawaii。
在這次更新以前，Hawaii 連接美國本土、日本、及台灣。
這一次的更新更進一步將 Hawaii 與菲律賓的 Visayas 和印尼的 Papua 連在一起。
於是，單單 Hawaii 一個區域就搖身一變成為五個環太平洋國家的十字路口！

This change may push USA invite Indonesia to her PAN-AM alliance proactively. Or USA will face the military forces from both the East (Europe) and the West (Indonesia) directly -- we think it's not what USA would like to see! In the following days, we belive that there will be more diplomatic interaction between USA and Indonesia.

這個改變將迫使美國更積極地邀請印尼加入她的 PAN-AM 聯盟。
否則，美國勢必將腹背受敵：直接面對東邊的歐洲、及西邊的印尼，
我想這絕對不是美國樂於見到的!

The last, before this update, USA had to occupy Mexico to advance on South America. Now, USA can go to South America by passing Hawaii and Visayas of Philippines. Will this be the opportunity for Mexico to revive? Let's wait and see!

現在，美國可以經由 Hawaii 及菲律賓的 Visayas 就能抵達南美洲了。

《Bridge between Peru and Australia/New Zealand》
《祕魯和澳洲/紐西蘭間的橋樑》



Peru's neighbors are all from South America, such as Colombia, Brazial, Bolivia, Chile, and perheps Argentina. But the time will pass like flowing water. Now, admins give Peru two new neighbors - Australia and New Zealand, which are in the other side of the Pacific.

祕魯的鄰國全都來自南美洲，例如哥倫比亞、巴西、波利維亞、智利、以及可能的阿根廷。
但這樣的時光將如流水般逝去。
現在，無頭雞贈予她兩個新鄰居 -- 澳洲和紐西蘭，她們都在太平洋的另一端。

There are two new bridges crossing through the southern Pacific. One is between Chimor of Peru and Queensland of Australia, and the other one is between Mid Andes of Peru and Auckland of New Zealand. The two bridges do not change the fate of Peru only, but also change those of Australia and New Zealand.

有兩座新的橋樑橫跨南太平洋：
一座連接祕魯的 Chimor 與澳洲的 Queensland；
另一座連接祕魯的 Mid Andes 與紐西蘭的 Auckland。
這兩座橋樑不只改變了祕魯的命運，也改變了澳洲與紐西蘭的命運。

For Australia, it's her first time to face South America directly. Before, her only menacing enemy is Indonesia. Between she and South America, there is New Zealand to be the buffer. But now, the buffer loses its efficacy. For New Zealand, she had to face the treats from Chile and perheps Indonesia before. Now, Peru moves in to be her new neighbor. For Peru, she becomes closer to Indonesia, no matter Peru conquers Australia (Queensland) or Indonesia does it. Everything never happened may happen around this area!!

對於澳洲，這是她第一次直接面對南美洲。
在此之前，她唯一具有威脅性的敵人是印尼。
而在她和南美洲之間，一直有紐西蘭當做緩衝。
但現在，這個緩衝板即將失去她的效用。
對於紐西蘭，她過去必需面對智利、以及可能的印尼。
現在，祕魯搬到她家隔壁了。
對於祕魯，她和印尼間的距離變得更近了，
不論是祕魯攻下澳洲(Queensland)，或者是印尼攻下。
這個區域過去未曾發生過的事也許都有可能會發生！！








當某人因為天災人禍而震驚時，另一個人可能正在享受晴天..

Around the Pacific Rim, who is the lucky one during this update? Yeah, we're very surprised that there is nothing changed for ROC(Taiwan)! Taiwan does not have more neighbors. And because of new bridges between Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia) and USA, the bloody battles in Kyushu during eWorld War IV might never be copied in Taiwan!

在環太平洋地區，誰是這次更新的幸運兒呢？
是的，我們非常驚訝對於台灣而言完全沒有任何的改變，
台灣也沒有新的鄰居加入。
而且，因為東南亞（菲律賓、印尼）與美國間有新的橋樑建立起來，
過去在第四次e世界大戰中發生在九州的殺戮戰場應該永遠不會發生在台灣！
