[WRP] Mid Term Update

A Worker's Rights Party Article


This article is a summary of my actions so far as PP.I will not be saying that I am a perfect PP.Because this article is a mix of successes and failures.

Recruitment
I started out this term with about 11 members.Since then our membership has gone up to 15.I will be completely honest,some of that has been due to the efforts of Jamie2721 and others,I have been recruiting members as well. So that's all good.

Congress
This unfortunately is one of my failure's as PP.I did secure a agreement for a seat with New Era,but we did not get our candidate into congress.As much as it's not completely my fault.I do accept some of the blame.

Party Rebranding
Thanks to Dr Hugh Jardon,we did get a re branding for the party.Something which I see as a success.

Inter-Party Relations (Only I call it that)
I think that our relations with other parties have improved.I think we have maintained a strong relation to parties we have associated with in the past,such as New Era and UKPP. Also with other parties,such as UKRP and IA.

Communication
I do admit being a little lax on communications.As much as I think we have no problem on our party feed.My attempts to increase activity in our IRC #WRP.Public,is not going well.



What does the future hold?

We will be holding a poll on who we will be officially backing for CP soon.However,despite the official backing.You can vote for another CP candidate.It's just who we back as a party.

Improving our communications.I will be holding another IRC meeting.At a time which we can get as many people involved as possible.
