[WRP] - Huey George for Party President Again

Day 2,061, 09:42 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Huey George

Introduction

I'm once again running for the Party Presidency of the Workers' Rights Party.

Under my stewardship the Workers' Rights Party have had a quiet but productive month despite a decrease in membership. I aim to continue and enhance this productivity and I'm certain when we've finished we'll once again attract a boon of new members.

Month's Achievements

The coalition between the Workers' Rights Party and the People's Communist Party successfully elect Habeeb Baig and FightAndProduce (from the WRP) and comrades Sir Botham and JiminyChristmas (from the PCP).

The consultation process with the aim of writing down the Workers' Rights Party's Polices began. This process started slowly however has gathered momentum and a draft Statement of Policies will be released shortly for review and comment by the Party membership.

Manifesto

My manifesto will be similar to the one I presented during my last campaign.

Internal - Party members at the heart

Once again I'll provide encouragement to all members of the party to be more vocal on the party's feed and new external forum. So all strategy and policies are continued to be discussed and decided by the majority. One of my main goals this term will be continue to work with the party membership to fully develop our policies into more formal structure.

I will continue the promotion of the party in the eUK media to hopefully increase the number of new members in the party and add to the great internal community we've already have.

I will also look to continue to improve the community for the existing members of the party. This will take the form of supporting and encouraging ideas and friendly competitions suggested by party members.

External - Be respectful and be respected

During the next Congressional elections. I'll once again welcome the opportunity to work with another party especailly the People's Communist Party if approved the majority of the both party's memberships. Again our proposed members of Congress will be also discussed and decided by the majority of the party.

Again as a party I'd encourage us to continue supporting the publication of in-game media/newspapers to ensure it remains more active and inclusive where well written and good articles are recognized leading to more informed citizens. This will ensure all UK citizens have a fair chance to voice their opinions and are respected and the eUK remains a fun and inclusive society.

Again under my stewardship the party will once again decide by majority who to support to be next Country President, although as always once again a 'free' vote with be enacted. Alongside this members will again be free and encouraged to take more active and productive role in the existing government and new governments formed. So the eUK remains to be as an inclusive, accountable, transparent and fair place as possible.

Close

Once again this manifesto is aimed to be ambitious but achievable with the aim to continue the good work from many of the party. I hope I've encouraged my fellow members of the Workers' Rights Party to cast thier vote for me in the upcoming elections for Party President.

Best of luck to my fellow candidates during their campaigns for the presidency of the Workers' Rights Party.
