Hello, as you know I have the intention of becoming Belgium's County President in the month of May (aka next month). I will be reviving old programs and making new ones to help Belgium function better in the future, often things are left inactive and forgotten but I will be doing my best to have a more active Belgium.


✪ My administrations stance will be the same stance it has been for three months now, Belgium will remain ProSirius. There is no need for neutrality, it was a temporary policy when it was enacted after the collapse of CoT last year. Neutrality never works in the long term as seen in Belgium's history of neutrality. ProSirius has more advantages than neutrally. We have good relations with most ex CoT countries including the current alliances Sirius and aurora, as well as other ProSirius countries. Belgium has the benefit of a HQ to assist in battles and offer tremendous help politically and military as seen in the Air Strike of Pakistan and Moldova. We have the advantage if being able to improve and build upon relations with many nations, Including most of our neighbors, (the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, and Poland). Why give it all up? Why hurt the relations we have with many nations for mediocre relations with the countries that even want to interact with a neutral nation. A neutral nation is not seen as a ally all the time, it can be seen as a potential target, or a potential friend. Belgium already choses whom we fight for we prioritize with our allies, we launch our own MPPs, we declare a Natural Enemy no one else. I have not once beasked to do something against Belgium's will. Belgium's stance will be ProSirius.

✪ "Hopefully the ambassador program can be up and running again, I implemented this and built upon it since I came to Belgium, but it has never had enough activity to sustain itself! I will be encouraging this to be up and running again." Yet another program that enables activity, everyone can be a ambassador and it is often a starting point in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the international world.



✪ Belgium's military needs some work, I will be working with all state commander and some private commanders to come up with a plan for coordination and efficiency In battles. My aim is to have Belgium better able to coordinate damage, and make a impact in battles.

✪ I will be aiming to bring back civilian strikes and joint strikes with our friendly neighbors. Civilian strikes are a great way to coordinate damage, and provide a bigger Belgian Impact on the battlefield. Depending on how the first civilian strike goes we will either be doing more throughout the term or stop them all together. It is up to the community to be active and participate. The government will also be doing our best to come up with supplies for the strikes.


✪ Education has become more of a priority recently and I hope to keep it that way. The Education Department will be publishing more articles to help new citizens, following the proposed outline made by the MoE from last term. The Education team will also be focusing on player retention and make a effort to have media in both French and English to appeal to all new citizens. To many citizens join and do not become active. New citizens will be further motivated and interested in learning as well as staying active in the community.

✪ The Education department will also be doing their best to continue using the e Belgium education guide created in February which compiles all guides and tutorials together into one website, making it easier and more comparable to share.

✪ lastly after the government gets settled in, most likely after Party President Elections the apprentice program will start. It will allow new or active players to experience a Ministry of their choice to become more active in the future and to learn the ropes. The program will most likely be open for every ministry but it all depends on how many people are willing to participate. The program will be run by the education team, the VP and myself.


✪ National Security will function as normal this month and have a big focus on citizen requests and make sure citizen applications are accepted only if legal. Illegal citizenship applications should not be tolerated. National Security will do its best to report multi accounts and provide Belgium with a better future.


✪ Finance is simple, I will do my best to preserve Belgium's money and I won't overspend. ,I will be doing my best to not overspend. Our policy for MPPs will be 2 MPP renewals during my term under normal circumstances unless congress would like more mpps or donations come through to sign MPPs. Currently the money from the last tournament will not be touched unless congress decides to use it, this is fine and it will be used in the future to keep Belgium running.

✪ The Ministry of Finance will be continuing the Monetary Market project which was implemented in February, and gives the state a small amount of revenue every so often. The program is a great way to give more money to the state, which adds up over time.


✪The NHS needs to continue to run, it has become inactive and is not functioning properly anymore, the Ministry of home Affairs will be tasked with revving the NHS and seeing it is run properly during my term and the future. The program offers food to new players under level 30 that have Belgian citizenship.

✪The MoHA will also be creating a survey aimed to gather the opinions of e Belgian citizens to further improve the governments actions to create a more cohesive community. Most of the questions will be published in a article after the survey has ended.

✪ MEDIA, Belgium needs more media as it promotes activity in politics and the community. The government will be publishing articles very often and support community articles and citizens articles. Every ministry will at least publish two articles during the term if not more. I make a emphasis on government media because it not only supports activity and the community it allows the citizens of Belgium to know what is going on in the country.
