Hello Germany!

I'm Mikhail Alexander and I'm a new addition to the German population. I came here because I had no where to go and your President, Freiheitskaempfer and Wiki friend of mine, Caroline au Marymont said that I should give Germany a try and here I am!

Enough about me, I'm here to talk to you today about WikiProject Germany, a WikiProject that I started today to get German citizens involved in the wiki. I've been checking out the wiki looking for how many German translations of pages there are and how many German editors there are and I was shocked to know that there is only about 270 German wiki pages and about 5 German citizens who edit regularly.

With this WikiProject, I hope to get you, yes you, involved in the wiki and make it a place where we can hold information about the history and what eGermany stands for, as well as a place where New citizens of Germany can find out the past of the country and maybe give them inspiration to become the Leader of Germany, a person that could change things for the better.

The only page that is satisfactory to me is the Main Page for Germany, the German wiki page, all the information about the country put mainly on one page and I'm the person who has been remodeling it for the last few days. The WikiProject is meant to be a place to discuss about German History as well as a To-Do List of things to mainly get updated and then maybe move onto some new pages that can benefit the German people.

There are many missing gaps of German history, German parties and German people on the wiki and I've come here to post this article today, to ask if anyone knows information about anything. We are also lacking new information about the Polish-Swedish occupation of Germany. You can change this, signup to the Wiki and make your contribution, add information about things people may have forgotten about but just stick around.

I hope to get a lot of people involved and hopefully top 1000 German wiki pages by the end of the year. It may seem a impossible goal but with your help, it can happen. German editors with knowledge or the past, present and future are needed as well as German translators are needed to show new citizens of Germany that it is an organised country as well as a country with a detailed past. The wiki is in your hands!

Hallo Deutschland!

Ich bin Mikhail Alexander, ein neuer Bürger Deutschlands. Ich bin hierhergekommen, denn ich wusste nicht, wo ich hätte hingehen sollen und euer Präsident, Freiheitskaempfer ein Bekannter aus dem eRepublik Wiki und Caroline au Marymont haben gesagt, dass ich auch mal in Deutschland vorbeischauen sollte, hier bin ich!

Genug von mir, ich bin hier um über das WikiProjekt Deutschland, ein WikiProjekt, das ich heute gestartet habe um Deutsche Bürger ins Wiki einzubinden, zu sprechen. Ich habe das Wiki durchsucht und geschaut, wieviele deutsche Übersetzungen von Seiten vorhanden sind und wieviele deutsche Schreiber es gibt und ich war schockiert, dass es nur 270 deutsche Wikiseiten und ungefähr 5 Deutsche gibt, die regelmäßig editieren, gibt.

Mit diesem WikiProjekt hoffe ich, dass ich euch, ja genau euch, in die Arbeit am Wiki einspannnen kann um es zu einem Platz zu machen, an dem man eDeutsche Geschichte nachlesen und weitere Informationen über eDeutschland finden kann, außerdem sollen neue Bürger durch ein deutsches Wiki dazu inspiriert werden, selbst einmal der Anführer von Deutschland zu werden, eine Person zu werden, die Dinge zum Guten verändert.

Die einzige Seite, die mich anspricht, ist die Hauptseite für Deutschland, die deutsche Wikiseite, alle Informationen über das Land sind zusammengesetzt auf einer Seite und ich bin derjenige, der sie in den letzten Tagen verändert hat. Das WikiProjekt soll als Platz zum diskutieren über Deutsche Geschichte als auch für To-Do Listen genutzt werden.

Es gibt viele Lücken in der Deutschen Geschichte, den Deutschen Parteien und bei Deutschen Persönlichkeiten im Wiki und deshalb bin ich heute hier, um zu fragen ob jemand aktiv mithelfen möchte, diese Lücken zu füllen. Weiterhin fehlen uns Informationen über die erneute Polnisch-Schwedische Besetzung Deutschlands. Ihr könnt das ändern, meldet euch beim Wiki an, macht eure Beiträge, fügt Informationen hinzu über Dinge, die viele Leute vielleicht schon vergessen haben.

Ich hoffe einige Leute zur Mitarbeit animieren zu können um hoffentlich 1000 Deutsche Wikiseiten am Ende des Jahres zu erreichen. Es mag unmöglich erscheinen, aber mit eurer Hilfe kann es klappen. Deutsche Mitarbeiter mit Wissen über Vergangen, Gegenwart und Zukunft werden ebenso gesucht wie Deutsche Übersetzer die gebraucht werden um neuen Bürgern Deutschlands zu zeigen, dass es ein organisiertes Land mit einer detailreichen Vergangenheit ist. Das Wiki liegt in eurer Hand!
