[VP] Results of the Resource Wars & Cuba

Dear Citizens of eBelgium,
We did it! We finished the resource wars with the desired result, we got 3 food resources giving us 60% bonus production for related products. Due to our friendly war with Cuba the tokens were gathered with a lot of extra time left on the clock. On 11 February the following resources will be activate

Cuba gave us the extra token they gathered to make up for lost time caused by UK's trainwar with Cuba. Later was decided to share possible profits from selling this token. Because Cuba was sincerely sorry for what happened to our congress and even though they weren't directly responsible for what happened they gave us 15000cc to express their apologies.
I've been working quite closely with Cuba's CP porky in the past week. He and the part of the Cuban community which I came in contact with treated us with respect and a lot of thankfulness for the opportunity we have given them to survive. I sincerely hope we can make the symbiotic relation with this tiny country last even if it's only for the improved cigar quality...

why only food and not iron ?
Because the more you have of the same type of resource(in this case food), the higher our bonus on it would be.
If we calculated correctly we now have 60% food bonus. Even if the percentage is lower than that we would still have more bonus then before.
Which one of the categories we had to choose for an increased bonus was not that hard. The last thing any of us wants is becoming a target for occupation(like the Netherlands and France has been all this time).
The safest choice was to get all food as it is the most abundant resource in the eWorld.
Bare in mind that one of our regions is still rented by Cuba, so you won't notice a huge increase in our bonus
