[VoeH] War against Chile - Hungarian declaration of neutrality

Greetings, friends and allies!

Today I come to you with an announcement regarding the joint Argentinan-Serbian war against Chile.

We have been approached by our Serbian friends to join the war with increased effort via our MPP. We had to decline this.

Serbia attacked Chile to help her allies Argentina in the pony war. Since last autumn, when Argentina helped Ukraine taking our capital Central Hungary, we have no interest to help Argentina. On the contrary, we'd rather help Chile in this war. However, we understand that Chile is on the other side, so we can't help them. Therefore we will help none of the sides, and we will neither help the Serbians who came to South America in Argentina's favor.

Hungarian government will not set country order in the Chilean wars, we will not encourage our MU-s to set daily order or CO, or to fight at all for any sides.

We hope you all understand our decision, and this will not hurt the Hungarian-Serbian friendship.
