Greeting dear citizens of eJapan and the eWorld!
It's just a short report for you, mostly about the situation of our regions.
As you see Russia has returned Kanto, Chubu, and Kinki regions as we agreed with ROC before. Please do not fight for Japan in Tohoku, that won't be liberate, probably medal hunters, or those who didn't know the exact situation started the RW.
We talked with ROC again. We agreed with them about a really simple agreement. They will stay on those three regions, won't mess our congress up, and let us a completely free foreign/internal policy. So basically we just won't bother each other. The question of tax returning is not solved yet.
The next task will be contacting Russia about our future relation, we will do it soon.

and all? Tohoku will be lost forever?
What do you say Chugoku and shikoku?
As I said the three regions held by ROC (Kyushu, Shikoku, Chugoku) will remain at them. This is the 'price' for leaving us alone. A while ago we had only one region, now we have three, so it's a step forward.
I really hope that we can agree with Russia in the future to let us take back those two regions, because they don't get additional resources from there, only need it for getting TP points with starting RWs and fighting against them.

As I said, ROC will keep Kyushu, Shikoku, Chugoku. We won't return it, so they will keep only that three regions. It's necessary because we can only achive somethin on dimplomatic way as they much more stronger than we are.
for good first step, but should definitely be continued. need time to have everything well.
