[USWP] Wild Owl for CP/D in November!

Greetings my fellow eAmericans,

I come to you today to announce that Wild Owl has won our Country President primary and will be the USWP endorsed candidate for CP/D on day 2,907 (5 November 2015).

Wild Owl has been my friend and mentor since I started this game, and there is no one more fitting to be the Country President/Dictator of the eUSA, than he.

His consistent accomplishments in Foreign Affairs are eclipsed only by his 5 PRIOR TERMS as our Country President. His leadership and direction in our nation's foreign affairs is literally second-to-none. Couple that with his determination and success in gaining our country 100/100/100 resource bonuses in the recent "Plato Shuffle," and there you have the portrait of a natural born leader!
