[USWP] Grateful Undead

Today has made me proud to play this game with such awesome people. Over the last month the USWP was invaded by over 130 Serbians, attempting to take over the party and use our Undead voters to further their means. They applied for Party President candidacy en masse, resulting in the longest list of Party President candidates I have ever seen. Apparently, they didn’t learn anything from January’s Party President race when their PTO candidate was soundly defeated, like every Country President election since October.



When the eUS is threatened, we band together, we fight our hearts out and ultimately defeat our enemies. Today is one of those days. Today the entire nation banded around the USWP to ensure our status as an ATO party. The USWP is a grateful party, and thanks to your hard work, I am a grateful Party President. Over 350 eUS citizens cast their vote for me, ensuring that the USWP will continue in the fight against the PTO and Ajay Bruno for another month.



There are many people to thank. The USWP feed was filled to the brim urging folks to join #voting or vote Othere. Thank you Mercurius100 keeping up the pressure on that front all day.

Cromstar, kody5 and Pfeiffer sat in #voting for much of the day, directing votes, guiding people to vote for LordRahl2 in AFA to waste the PTO’s votes maintaining their own party, and for me when I was down early in the day. Thanks guys for your dedication and communication!

In the minutes right after day change, there was an imposter on the ballot, who took on my avatar and changed their name to 0there. saraht0ga was right on the ball, taking a screenshot, and publishing an article to make sure people were not confused. Thank you, saraht0ga, for your quick thinking and forethought! Kudos to Game Mods for rectifying that violation of the Terms of Service so quickly.

Max McFarland 3 opened up his wallet, bringing folks to the table with delicious cash. By any means necessary, Max, thank you for your shouts and your monetary investment in the cause.

To everyone who shouted, voted, from the other parties, from Foreign nations helping with ATO, we thank you! USWP would've been lost if it weren't for your willingness to do your part. eRepublik is not always exciting, but this election was fun. Thank you for making it that much sweeter by guaranteeing us a victory.

Lastly, I would like to thank the members of the USWP. These guys have been dealing with our Serbian visitors for a month now, and have done so with grace. They followed the guidance USWP senior members gave them, joining #voting, and ultimately voting for me. It will be my pleasure to lead you guys for the next month, a task I do not take lightly. Thanks for your confidence in me.

The eUS is an awesome group of people, and it’s days like today that remind me what we are working so hard to protect. This is tough work, and we’re looking at another month of this stuff. The AFA is clearly on the decline. They had to stoop to more underhanded tactics; stealing identities, spreading lies, propagating hypocrisy. This is nothing new, but there is a sense of urgency. They know their rank-and-file folks are getting bored. Losing constantly is boring. So let’s continue to make this game boring for them, by making it exciting for us. We’ll keep working together for the greater good. We will keep winning.
