~ A Critique on Super-Alliances and An American Foreign Policy Statement by President Woxan.

"The last thing I will address tonight is the uproar over my cabinet member Max McFarland 2. I will not throw him under the bus: I did tell him to open up talks with Phoenix and Entete on my behalf. He had maintained regular contact with Phoenix and Entente for me as part of my foreign policy. We are in daily contact and he has acted with my approval and knowledge, for me, in support of my policy. Think of it as you may. I know Max has the best interests of America at heart. He's done a lot for our country, monetarily and idea wise, he can come off a bit radical in his methods."
