*UPDATE* Rellori for CP - A Manifesto of Sorts.

Day 2,749, 06:46 Published in Australia Australia by James Rellori
UPDATE: I will be stepping aside for Henry the 8th to run. Henry has my full support and I believe that he should be given a chance to continue the great work he has done over the past month.

Introduction

Hi, I'm James Rellori, I am running for Country President of eAustralia in the upcoming election for the Australian Revolutionary Party.

In the five years I've played eRepublik for, I've seen countless CP's come and go, when I think back some of the greats come to mind, Ranger Bob, Flatty, etc. Some of these great men I even got the privilege to serve under.

It is finally time for me to bring my knowledge of eAustralian affairs along with my old fashioned statesmen style to the second highest office in the land, the County Presidency.

Experience

For over four years I have served the eAustralian community well. Some of my roles I have performed over the years include:

Congressman six times,
Minister of Education and Entertainment three times,
Party President three times to eRepublik Alliance back in 2010,
Party President currently to the Australian Revolutionary Party,
Vice President during the April Presidential term,
and countless other roles you can find here.

I currently serve Henry the 8th as Minister of Foreign Affairs, with a excellent deputy, JackTrout.

Policies

I have seen eAustralia rise and fall countless times over the years, I believe that for the first time ever we are in a comfortable position. (Ignoring the little annoyance from Turkey)

One of the first actions I would like to take as CP (Dictator willing) would be to begin a training war with Indonesia or the USA. (Depending on who owns Indonesian territory at the time) I have been a long time supporter of Indonesia since 2010 and have wished since then for peace between our two great nations.

Another policy I plan to enact within my first term is to improve government relations with Varnish. We must realise that they are here to stay and so it is better to seek a friendly, working relationship and listen to their ideas instead of bickering and ending up nowhere. I wish for Varnish members to take an active role in government.

My final policy to be released in this article is to release weekly government reports to be published by the Department of Education and Entertainment which similar to the USA's White House Press Room newspaper, would let you know what your government did this week in all departments. This will increase participation in the media and politics by new players, allowing them a chance to understand everything which is happening.

Finale

I urge players, new and old, Varnish and non-Vanish, to contact me (messages or comment) if you have any questions about my stance on issues.

Please do contact me if you wish for a cabinet position, I have a few ministers in mind already.

It's time eAustralia, let me lead you forward to the good days.

Thanks,
