[UPDATE] Q5 Hospital for SK

After we managed to take over all original regions from eJapan, now Gyeonggi-do come back, so we have the whole country and a Q5 Hospital in Chungcheongbuk-do
Now everybody can move in region for hospital, and for 5 fights per day.


Why hospital?
- we need to fight (for xp, for military rank, for level);
- to attract new citizens;
- to make our weapon industry to work;
- with more people to develop all economy;
... so for a better, with higher population, economic more developed country


From preliminary talk showed that it is better to put the hospital in a safer area.

If we speak about to chose a region for hospital, than need to chose the best and for this have:

1. Gyeonggi-do:
- High grain region (our only high region);
- most of our companies are here (more than half);
- outside neighbors: Shandong (China), Kangwon (NKorea);
- far from eJapan (2 region between us);

2. Gangwon-do:
- second important region for companies;
- outside neighbors: Kangwon (NKorea);
- one region between us and Japan;

3. Chungcheongbuk-do: the law is proposed VOTE YES
- no activ companies;
- no outside neighbors;
- one region between us and Japan;

4. Jeollanam-do, Jeollabuk-do:
- few companies;
- outside neighbors: Jiangsu (China);
- one region between us and Japan;

5. Chungcheongnam-do:
- few companies;
- outside neighbors: Jiangsu, Shandong;
- one region between us and Japan;

6. Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeongsangnam-do, Jeju:
- 3th important region for economy (most important Gyeongsangnam-do);
- outside neighbor: eJapan.

From discussion in the forum shows that some/most of us would choose Chungcheongbuk-do the region for Hospital
and why, as is normal, because is in center of country without outside neighbors, the most protected region.

Congress members VOTE YES to have hospital as soon as possible.
