[UPC] Gaining Momentum

With our dispute resolved rather easily, the United Party of Canada has gotten back to what it came for, bringing honest Politics into the Top 5, and sticking with that, making eCanada better. A few things are ready to be talked about right now, I'll be diving into them in this article.

PP Elections
Last month, our PP elections were run a bit strictly, to avoid a PTO in our first month. With this month comes the first true democratic PP election for the Party, where anyone who is serious about being PP is welcomed to the stage. Right now, 4 Candidates are signed up the the 15th, Myself(Ardikus V2), Lord Beorn seeking re-election, Party Councilor Jefflav and Party Spokesman Internet Republik. this brings a nice mix, with two older members of the Game and two newer ones, all to be wished good luck.

Congress
While nothing too serious has been discussed for the 25th, we have been thinking about that date since the wipe rejected our first set of Congressmen last month. We would have had four or five, maybe even six Congress members from that election, and while it would have been a nice first outing, we've only gained strength since then, and if we continue growing up to the Election day, we can hope for even better results than in October.

Membership Numbers
Lots of shifting in the 3rd, 4th and 5th slots for Parties in Canada. At one point all three were tied, now, the UPC has gained a slight edge over the CAF Norsefire Party, with MDP dropping behind. Our hope is to keep the #3 spot, and if that isn't possible stay at least in 4th. Growth within the Party is important, finding new members and helping them evolve into important and informed citizens.
