[UKRP] Steve's Manifesto For August '11

Gentlemen of London.

Once again I find myself a candidate to represent the UKRP in this fine city. Of my 7 congress terms I have represented London twice, on both occasions being within the Top 2 most voted candidates, so I must have done something right.

Stuff I've done:
- 2x Party President
- 7x Congressman
- 1x Minister
- Military Command

Stuff I will do:
- Be a top notch congressman
- Be active throughout the term
- Help any constituents out if they should need me
- Q5 hospitals in every region, lower taxes etc... oh wait that was last year.
