Join the new world

With Congress just around the corner, it becomes vital that we all work together as a unified group, to pull in the same direction and achieve the greatest possible success that we can. Many of you are keen to have a go at getting a Congress seat, and that’s perfectly understandable, but by going it on your own you lessen your own chances of winning, and consequently the chance of the UKRP as a whole, as votes are split unnecessarily.

With the exodus to London, and regional presence being left patchy, this election it’s critical that we work as a team. Similar to all the main Party’s we select active candidates on the Private UKRP forum prior to the Election Day. Whilst it’s well meaning to put your name forward, if you’ve not been part of the discussions leading up to the event you only weaken us as a whole. We WANT you to get involved, and being selected for a shot at Congress isn’t difficult….you just need to be active amongst us. Come join us here if you want to be considered and run with the support of the UKRP rather than independently.





With that said the Candidates for January's Congress have already been selected, after due thought and consideration from our dligent Congressional team. If you haven't been part of our (open) discussion on the UKRP forum, and you've put you name forward under your own steam, then please, please consider the UKRP and the implications of your running. Everyone is welcome to get involved and run for Congress, but please do it with full party support so that we can ensure you stand a chance, rather than on your own.

To that end I implore those of you who have put yourself forward as candidates without having been involved in our Electoral discussion to step down this time. Our success last month was amazing and if possible we’d like to equal, if not exceed, that result. Get involved with us, contribute to the UKRP’s success and show that together we’re united of purpose. There are far more ways to help us than running for Congress, and if you’d like to play a part in helping us to victory, please get in touch with Raziel Darkheart or jamesw and let them know that you’re keen. Learn about the whole process and think about running in a future election with the support of the party behind you, rather than rushing it and missing out. If you’re able to make that gesture for us, be part of the team and think about the bigger picture, than you’ll be helping us more than you know.
