Hello, and welcome to the first party presidential report in a series of four. For each week of my second and final term, I shall be writing a review each Saturday of the past week's party events and shall be looking forward to the week ahead.



UKRP Cabinet

Firstly, I would like to congratulate my new Board of Directors on their appointments. This small cabinet will meet at the end of each week so I can be updated on each department's progress. We shall also be discussing plans for the upcoming week.

Congressional Director: Darkmantle
Also our Vice President, Darkmantle is a dedicated party member who is on course for great things. His hard work last term on Congress Day has rightfully led to his appointment as Congressional Director.
This week in the Congressional Department, we have been compiling our congress list and launching individual campaigns. We've also gathered a sizeable list of mobile voters.

Media Director: Dorian Greyhound
Dorian is one of the party's hardest workers and is brilliant at communicating, writing and thinking up new ideas. His commitment to UKRP will ensure an effectively run Media Department, which will result in frequent articles being published from this newspaper.
This week in the Media Department, we have been working on congress-related articles, and are also planning ahead as we begin to think about GLaDOS's presidential campaign.

Recruitment Director: Sir Humphrey Appleby (Saint Benedict)
Saint Benedict has recently returned to the game with a new ingame account, and has thrown himself back into the centre of party debate and discussion. His willingness to help out and his innovative thinking has earned him the task of tackling our recruitment campaigns, which will hopefully secure a steady rise in UKRP membership.
This week in the Recruitment Department, we have started fresh recruitment campaigns in the aftermath of the BEP TO.

Congress

This week we have been working hard as we prepare for the Congress Elections next Thursday. Last month returned us to a respectable second place with 10 MPs, but this time we can better that. We have an efficient team of messengers who have assembled a list of mobile voters, and our Congressional Director and myself will be around all day to ensure the election runs smoothly.



Party Reward Scheme

We have now implemented a party rewards system, where at the conclusion of each party presidential term members can be nominated to receive ceremonial awards to display their hardwork and commitment to the party. We hope this helps with player retention and ambition.
