[UKR]The Return of the Ambassador

Dear Ukrainians,

I return to my old job of being the Romanian Ambassador to Ukraine.

Right now the trade between our two countries is still jammed. The reason is we had not one but 2 wars opene😛

1. Geka's glorious war, closed by the peace treaty signed a few days ago;

2. The war triggered by the MPP with Serbia, when Romania blocked the Serbs. This war also needs to be closed in order for the exports to be possible.

Other than that, I'd like to make an official statement about the recent high-adrenaline incident regarding the Republic of Moldova.

The republic of Moldova is a partner of Romania and her allies (EDEN, South Africa, USA and China). The Republic of Moldova hosts EDEN's Training War and because of it she is under the protection of her partners.

We understand Ukraine's need to take part in a training war. However the only correct way to take part in a training war with Moldova is by signing an MPP with Romania. That would be possible as soon as we close that second war we still have active and which prevents you from exporting to Romania.

Attacking Moldova directly would have disrupted the training war. Since Moldova is the organizer of the Training War her territorial integrity is guaranteed by the mobile troops of all the nations participating in it.

Attacking Moldova by mistake is one thing, attacking it with the intent of diverting the EDEN, Chinese and American mobile troops from other theaters of operations would have been a hostile act. That's why the surprise Declaration of War created a lot of tension on our side.

Fortunately the tensions were diffused by the Ukrainian Congress. It would have been better to avoid the incident by consulting with us first. But hey, all is well when it ends well!

That being said, may we have an interesting game play this month. Long live the Romanian - Ukrainian friendship!
