[UKR] Second term as ambassador

Since yesterday Ukraine has a new president. I have the pleasure to congratulate him in behalf of Romanian government. To express the conviction that the relashionship between Ukraine and Romania will improve during his term.

The situation in our region is getting warm: looks like a hack occured during the last hour of Alexis presidential term - Ukraine attacked Russia thus opening all russians MPPs against it. Now the admins are investigating the case, in few hours probably we'll have a verdict. Most probably they will close the MPPs activated by this attack. The Russian president promised thate they wont attack until things are clarified, but an open war is always a threat, a question mark about the policy and the intentions of a country, especially when you share border with them - as they can attack you at any moment. The only guarantee in this case would be signing a peace. If Russia will or will not accept, that's the test that will show us their true intentions.

Anyway, Ukraine has some strong MPPs (maybe that's why Russia can't attack alone) like Romania, Poland, Croatia, and in case of need (Russian attack) USA and Canada are ready to sign MPPs, for a better defence in Ukraine. We look forward confident that Ukraine will prevail this delicate situation, and we'll stand by you if needed.
