Hello UKPP!!

Today the UKPP held a Conference meeting at 5pm GMT that ended at approximately 6:15 GMT Today (23rd September 2012)
During this event, from my opinon, not all, but many broken links had been fixed, and i hope i managed to get everybody who joined up, up to speed with my plans for the next 20 days that i have as the UKPP Party President.

A few points was made, varying from the structure of congress and the Jobs of the People within the UKPP to the Relationship of the UKPP itself. These Points was made by both myself and the People who attended.



First of all,

I would like to thank in advance, to all of the attendees. It really means alot to me, that dedication is shown and people are actively willing to help in any means possible, to get this party on top!
I would also Like to thank YOU! for reading this article, and i hope, we all can strive to improve the eUK for the Better! for that is what we are about!! Striving to bring a better tomorrow!



The structure of Congress

Over the past few days, i have been thinking on how exactly i can structure the Congress with the new system.
In my opinion, This New system is GREAT! it will help the party push for main candidates who need to enter congress, guarantee a seat.
It in my opinion also eliminates the possability of WASTED votes and reduces hours of IRC needed to direct votes! a bonus all in all! 😃

The way i have structured congress this term, is by pushing the ACTIVE members of the UKPP who want to make a difference. but have been let down by not being able to gain enough votes. Unfortunately, As always, the UKPP are not abled to accomerdate all of their members into congress. so trying to push the new people to the front, i think is a vital part and will remain a vital part for the future of the eUK.

The Structure.
I have positioned the board with taking into consideration, all candidates.
The numbers 1 - 6 are all active members who have shown that they are willing to help out as much as possible, but have never previeously had a chance at congress.
The positions 7 - 9 are the more expericanced players of congress and i believe these will be able to assist the New people who are taking their 1st steps in the House of Lords.
The Positions 10 - 13 are the Members of the Peoples Comunist Party witht the exception of Niko Jones.

Unfortunately, i suspect that not all members here will get into congress, and would like to push the next Party President to allow them in next time round.





Jobs of the UKPP

The following positions was opened up to the UKPP a few days ago.

UKPP Vice Party President (The Vice President will assist the Party President in running the party and will help towards driving a smooth outcome) - Sir Nick Griffin

UKPP Mediation And Relations Officer (This positon will be soley focusing on bringing the part together, and improving relations between members) - posidon303

UKPP recruitment Officer (this pair will be responsable for actively recruiting and pushing the Public of the eUK to join the party). - Ergo Deus, (With support from Matt timmins & Sir Nick Griffin)

UKPP Media officers: - Both Positions Open

- UKPP News Reporting Officer. x 1 (This person will be responsible for actively checking the UKPP forums and reporting articles posted in the forums so the Non forum members can also partisipate).
- eUK News Reporting Officer. x 1 (This person will be responsible for actively checking The goings on around the eUK and providing eWorld news that effects the eUK).

UKPP Mentors (The liaison between recruitment officers and the new members of the Team, The mentor will secure the settling of the new members into the party). - Position Open x2

UKPP Forums Operations officer (This person will be Tasked with promoting activity and managing the UKPP forum on https://eRepublik.co.uk along with promoting activity within the #UKPP IRC Channel) - Position Open

Relationship of the UKPP

As a final section to this LONG article, i would like to put one thing that was agreed on by most members in the conference.

Instead of the typical MU Strikes located around the UKPP, a Joint, teamed and co ordinated UKPP strike!

The reason i suggest this, is i think it will build upon stagnant relationships between members an bring back the UKPP community we once had.

The main problem with this, is Suppliers! so that is why the UKPP need YOU (if you are capable of supplying members of the team) to supply to the TEAM, weapons so we can reap hell upon our foes!

If in the mean time, anybody else has any suggestions on bringing this party together to unite and follow one path, please don't hesitate to comtact me! i encourage it, regardless of how stupid it may sound in your head!!!
