[UKGOV] PM: Training Wars, Norway, Ministry Updates

Day 2,155, 14:26 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by 10 Downing Street

Well, wasn’t that fun? Norway is wiped and the last region of ASGARD has been occupied completely removing this alliance from the map. We faced a 10 billion damage shield and breaking through that in 3 battles. A solid team effort and a positive start to the month.

Max Blue and Schmidt celebrate our victory

The government has got of to a smooth start this month with plenty of articles and updates for the nation. We also got out a number of loans this month to people for TG upgrades.

I would like to congratulate two of our citizens for making it into HQ this month, with Jamesw as Secretary-General and Kravenn as Secretary of Foreign Affairs. I have also been involved in the first couple of meetings with TWO planning out the coming month and the war with CoT. As more information is released we shall see how exciting the prospects for the rest of TWO are.

Now, onto the Irish Natural Enemy law. This war was not desired by His Majesty’s Government, but Parliament has insisted on it. Therefore I have been in talks with Ireland constantly since it was proposed and we have come to an arrangement to tag team around the Island, have some fun and get our TP medals up. This war will end when we have finished our romp.

We take on Ireland in the name of Pride

Unfortunately., this war means we have to leave our planned Operation on hold for the next week while we engage in this fight. Possibly indefinitely. (don’t worry, no Airstrikes…)

Everyone in military units who has the power to set daily orders gets updates on military news and battle priorities multiple times a day. Those that have signed up to the scheme also receive the same information. The MoD wants to include as many people in the eUK community as possible so if you can help the MoD contact Max Blue or Schmidt Bogdan. We have been updating the MoD newspaper multiple times a day and have had many articles out. We have been updating the UK's IRC channel #MoD like crazy too.

Ministry of Home Affairs - by LongShotzZ

Well, things seem to be going really good at the moment. We've released numerous articles with many more on the way. The entertainment ministry is getting underway with Appleby steering the boat in the right direction. Tialys and Inez are working on the mass messages which should be sent out within the next few days. The eUK Library is slowly but surely being filled with information and hopefully will be operational in the next week. Finally, Wes is doing a fine old job of shifting out guide after guide to help out the new players.

If you wish to stay up-to-date with our latest work then please subscribe to the Home Affairs newspaper!

Ministry of Finance - by Emergy Maxfell

So far things have started off slow. We've begun to liquidate our existing Gold stocks we've had since the last competition pushed GBP prices close to 1GBP=0.005g. Elvis continues to log our earnings in the Country Accounts and spending has been slow. The Government would also like to welcome the Free British Irregulars into our list of participating UK MUs.
