[UK CP] Here We Go Again...

Day 2,755, 13:02 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by 10 Downing Street

You crazy lot have gone and elected me again. Thanks to everyone that has continued to support me for another month, hopefully I won't cock it up now. 😉

In the run up to the election there was a lot of criticism of my opponent's cabinet, so much that almost nobody stopped to wonder whether my own cabinet would be much, much worse...

We could have elected the other guy I suppose...

Ministry of Defence - Scarfar
Deputies: Yurigavin, Sir Jimmy Savile & Mr Pitbull

Our former hero Dictator, Scarfar, will be stepping up to the mantle of Minister of Defence this month. As well as the Dictator job, he created our current MoD tool & graphics, and was a super sekrit advisor to my cabinet last month. He's well-equipped to show you where to click that red button.

Yurigavin, Sir Jimmy Savile and Mr Pitbull each requested a place in MoD this month and I'm happy to have them as deputies, I'm sure they'll do a stellar job.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Sambo223
Deputy: Rohirrin

Last month's deputy MoFA has risen to take the Minister position this month. He did a great job during my first term and comes recommend by KearoB, who will continue to serve the cabinet in a general advisory position. Sambo has already been in touch with all of our allies and neighbours, so the ball is rolling as I write. \o/

Rohirrin will join the government this month for the very first time. After prodding UKRP until we stopped pretending none of us were in government, he asked about a spot in MoFA. Glad to have him aboard. o/

Ministry of Finance - Sir Humphrey Appleby
Deputy: Colin ChipPhilfer Brown

Sir Humphrey Appleby continues as MoF this month, carrying on his terrifying revival. His updates and efforts to make the MoF work for the country have been consistently great. There's more to come.

Last month we had two deputies in MoF and... Well, it was a shambles. While one deputy understandably had to put RL before eRep, Lord of Bones was not as squeaky clean and I apologise for letting him anywhere near government. It would not have happened if I'd thought he was up to no good.

Moving on, this month we're going to have another go with a new player that I'm sure actually is new. Colin ChipPhilfer Brown will be learning the ropes of Finance and comes recommended by his PP, Aaron Mark Daniels.

Ministry of Home Affairs - ApronChef & Aaron Mark Daniels
Deputy: gali2332

ApronChef and Aaron Mark Daniels will be running the MoHA this month. Once again, Aaron will focus on entertaining you all with the help of his deputy & apparent love interest, gali2332. ApronChef should take a more general approach to MoHA, entertaining and educating you in equal measure. One of our oldfags will also be bringing back an older initiative we used to run related to the MoHA, so watch out for that. o/

The Royal Ministry for Glorious Praise of our Benevolent and Noble Monarch, King Woldy I of the eUnited Kingdom - Addaway
Deputy: Aleksandar.V Popovic

All Glory to Great King Wolds.

Of the few criticisms that were levelled at me last month, the belief that my cabinet didn't contain enough new blood was one of them. Whilst I'm not about to go handing out Ministerial positions to new players, I hope that Sambo's promotion from deputy and the horde of new guys in deputy positions helps to alleviate such concerns.

Oh, and Canada's new CP is still in for the TW. We're going to try and turn that into a friendly competition. Updates soon and all that good stuff.

Thanks once again. \o/
