[UF] The Tutor Program

Day 2,433, 11:49 Published in Canada Spain by idontunderstand

Within the past few days a program designed specifically to assist young inexperienced players has been proposed and discussed.

Of course for this program to be able to take off, we will need YOUR help.

INTRODUCING THE TUTOR PROGRAM

with a large amount of players in Division 1 it would be beneficial to everyone for us to teach these players exactly HOW the game mechanics work. and What to do with the gold they get, and WHEN to spend it. New players arriving to the game of course don't have any idea how anything works. I'm sure we all know what it is like to just start out in the game with no idea what to do, with no friends to help guide you. Well that is where the Tutor Program comes into play. We intend to teach and looks after the younger players in our party and shape them into strong future players that may be an important part of our society. Our program so far is proposed under a few basic guidelines.

1.) ANY player is eligible to apply to be a tutor as long as they have a strong grasp of game mechanics, political systems, the media, and the military module.

2.) ANY Division 1 player is eligible to have a tutor if they so desire.

3.) If a player has decided they have learned enough from this program or just full out want no part in it at all, they are clearly allowed to refuse participation.

4.) Upon joining the program a Tutor may decide how many younger players they tutor, providing of course that there are enough young players in need of a tutor.

5.) The "Students" may be taught through whatever method the tutor decides is appropriate.

The main goals of the program are to advance players knowledge of the game while also creating eLifeLong friends between some of these Tutors and Students. To improve activity among the player base and to teach them in whatever aspects they may be struggling with.

Should this program succeed one day these young players who might otherwise end up two clicking out of confusion may one day end up being active congress members, or even one day the country president.

Thank you for reading and we hope to see your participation in our program.
